Chapter Seventy four

"Oh, I have to pay-" You walked moved passed him trying to pay but the man at the counter waved you through.

"That boy there already paid for you." He pointed to Katsuki standing behind you with his hands shoved into his pants pockets.

"Why-?"

"Just go." He pushed you forward, making you follow the group.

"Alright-" The instructor called as each of you slide on a vest. "-rules are simple here. No climbing or jumping on the equipment. No foul language-" The class turned to Katsuki.

"What are you looking at!?" Katsuki bit.

"- no physical contact, don't block your vest, do not bully the other players-" The class turned to Katsuki once again.

"You got a problem with me Extras!?" Katsuki shot death glares.

"-you get five lives', your names will appear on the screen which will tell you how many points each player has, once your shot five times your vest will blink, and you exit the floor to the waiting area."

"Alright!" Kirishima fist bumped himself,

"This is gonna rule!" Kaminari joined in on Kirishima's hype.

"No food or drink allowed on the gaming floor, but you can leave it in the lockers with all your personal belongings." The instructor finished, "Once you're ready I'll be waiting by the door to let you all in, where your teams will be decided by random."

"Thank you!" Mina waved as the instructor pointed out the lockers against the wall.

"I'm so excited!" Ochaco beamed, "Are you (y/n)!?"

"I guess so." You shrugged.

"Huh!?" Kirishima spun around, "What do you mean!?"

"I have never played this." You answered.

"It's pretty simple." Midoriya smiled, "We will each get a phaser which is kind of like a gun then we all go into a big room and just shoot each other."

"You really have never done something like this (y/n)?" Asui asked.

"Aah-" You thought for a moment back to your training days when Shadow Jack forced you to learn weaponry, locking you in a room with a bunch of other kids with only a small number allowed to walk out alive. "-I kinda did something similar to this before..."

Katsuki narrowed his eyes on you, wondering what that meant.

"Great!" Ochaco ignorantly replied. Midoriya and Shoto were with Katsuki, questioning you on what you meant by your statement.

"Well let's go." Midoriya weakly smiled.

"Yes!" Mina raised her hands. "I'm going to smoke all of you!"

"Oh, you think so!?" Kaminari laughed, accepting the challenge.

"Alright-" The instructor lazily called, "-your vest will light up, showing your teams by the red or the blue color. When you're ready just walk into this room and you can begin, have fun and don't break anything."

You looked down to your torso, your vest shined a dark shade of blue.

"Alright!" Mina bounced, seeing your matching vest.

"We are so going to win this!" Kaminari pumped his fist, your team consisted of Shoto, Mina, Toru, Asui and Kaminari.

Bakugo stared over to you, annoyed his vest was shining red. He wanted you to himself today, but now he must share you and not even be on the same team as you.
