MY OPINION:
The show Élite has also already achieved a kind of cult status on Netflix, possibly due to the fact that it features many actors from Money Heist. However, the popularity is also similar and rightly so! Since Élite is a Spanish series, it is a refreshing change from all the American series and can easily keep up with them.

This series offers everything: intrigue, love, friendship, humor, family and a little bit of mystery. Similar to How to get away with murder, there is a "murder case" or something similar every season and you can only speculate what actually happened and what led to it. In fact, I would say that this series is a mixture of How to get away with murder and Gossip girl. You can actually watch the series even if you are not yet 16, at least if you don't have a problem with sex scenes and drugs.

Most of the characters are likable and you can empathize with them very well. There are "cliché" characters like Lu or Guzmán, but also the complete opposite like Nadia or Polo. The storyline is also quite successful and although the idea of an elite school is nothing new, it was implemented quite differently and also interesting.

Although I liked the 4th season quite a bit, I have to say that it was the weakest so far. I miss Lu and Carla and unfortunately two more original characters are supposed to leave in the next season. However, I must say that it is not bad to bring a breath of fresh air into the series, otherwise it may end like Riverdale 👀 Ari I unfortunately did not like at all and found it very unrealistic that * spoiler alert* Guzman and Samu fall in love with her so blatantly, because that was somehow not really comprehensible. I also found it a pity that the characters of Ander and Omar were somewhat broken, but fortunately that has subsided a bit... But I think it's refreshing that some OTPs aren't Endgame, because that underlines again that some relationships just don't last forever and that's unlike many other series just realistic 👍🏻

BINGE FACTOR: 8/10
Most of the time it's exciting and you really want to keep watching, but sometimes it's also quite a lot of jabbering or there are moments when you can wait for the next episode without a bad conscience ;)

RECOMMENDATION:
Actually, I think this series could appeal to many, but especially fans who already loved Money Heist or Gossip Girl and How to get away with murder will get their money's worth here. I can recommend this series to everyone!
