Chapter Five

You stand in front of the prop bomb. You have been assigned the villain role to give your opponents a chance to be heroes. You were perfectly fine with the villain position because you were confident in your abilities no matter the position you had to play.

The buzzer sounded and a smile made its way onto your face. The two boys had no idea what was coming.

After a few minutes, you heard your not-so-quiet opponents down the hallway that led to the room where you stood.

"Bakugou, we must work together, we are a team." Poor Iida, being paired with a hothead who can't work with others.

"Just don't get in my way, four eyes." Your eyes roll, he is so predictable.

Just before they enter the room you activate a part of your quirk. Let the battle begin.

Bakugou entered the room first, his eyes widened in surprise.

"Where the fuck is she?"

"Bakugou, what are you talking about?" Iida walks in and confusion writes its way onto his face.

"She can't possibly be this stupid, just leaving the bomb out in the open."

You smile. "Oh, I'm not stupid at all."

Both boys shiver at the sound of your voice in their heads. This is the most common reaction to this part of your quirk. People don't expect it. What can you say? You love messing with people.

"Come out and fight us." Bakugou fumed, his eyes scanning the room for any sign of you. "Don't be a coward!"

"Why fight me when you can fight them?"

The look of confusion only grew as a purple smoke made its way from your fingertips. The smoke only took a few moments to turn into clones of yourself. You walk back in the direction of the bomb. The clones are good fighters and are tough to take down. It was a perfect plan.

"Bakugou if we-"

"Shut it four eyes."

By the time the clones solidified you were proud to say there were about thirteen versions of yourself standing before you. This trick took years to perfect and the clones would do their job perfectly.

You stood behind your clones, still invisible but just as ready to fight. "Are you boys ready to lose?"

"Bring it on bitch." You had to give bakugou credit, he did not give up easily.

Both he and Iida got into fighting positions.

A few of your clones began to charge the boys. Bakugou blasted forward. The clone grabbed Bakugo's arm and threw him forward into Iida, sending both boys tumbling backward. They both recovered quickly and continued to fight. Slowly the clones got defeated one by one. Iida ran them exhausted, throwing them into the walls or punching furiously at them. Bakugo, on the other hand, took a more, flashy approach. He would grab the clones by any limb within reach and blow them up. Iida and Bakugo worked together with capturing and defeating the clones swiftly, but loudly. Both boys were working together without realizing it. Iida would help Bakugou and Bakugou did the same for Iida.

It was growth.

As the final clone was defeated you smiled at how tired the boys looked.

You take a breath before revealing yourself. Bakugou looked at your now visible form in front of him.

"You bitch," he said breathless. 

Grinning, you look at them "You boys had enough?"

"Never villain." Iida spat, he was also tired and breathless. He was taking the role a little too seriously but hey, whatever made him satisfied. "We will defeat you."

Smoke begins to leave your figure tips and takes the shape of a bow staff.

"Are you sure about that?" You ask. You spin the staff a few times before taking a defensive stance. You motion for them to approach and much to your delight both of them take the bait.

They charge at you.

Iida activates his engines and attempts to run past you. He didn't charge at you, he charged behind you.

At the bomb.

You quickly created a clone to counter his plan. The clone slammed its fist into Iida's lower torso, sending him back in front of you. You emitted smoke and created a barrier around the bomb. Both boys stood before you, breathless but still emitted a challenging aura.

This only fueled your fire, making you want to shift their focus for a minute or two. No one said the villain had to lose. They also did say you could tip the scale in your favor by "eliminating" an opponent.

Your grin widened as an idea formed. You turned invisible, only to reappear behind Iida and Bakugo. However, "you" wasn't really you. It was a clone. You continued to stand silently watching your master plan unfold.

The clone "created" more clones slowly surrounding Bakugou and attacked him with fervor. Two other clones closed in on Iida, making him walk back towards you. Bakugo continued to struggle with the assault as more clones piled and punched at him.

As Iida approached you, you stealthy began to inch closer to him. When you got in close enough range, you hit him upside the head, and the clones took off with him, taking him to where you directed them to.

With a wave of your hand, the clones attacking Bakugo vanished leaving him alone. His eyes darted around the room and he came to the realization that Iida was not there. "four eyes? Where the hell are you?"

You could only imagine the looks that your other classmates were giving the screens in the watchtower.

But that wasn't your top priority right now. Bakugou stood there looking around for any sign of his classmate. His figures, itching to release an explosion.

You snickered. "Aw. Are you scared?"

Bakugo gritted his teeth. "No. Now where the hell is four eyes?"

"Wouldn't you like to know?" In reality, Iida was two rooms over, passed out, and wrapped in capture tape but he didn't need to know that.

"You really are a fucking villain" He's one to talk.

"Well that's the role I was given wasn't it?" You fight the urge to laugh at how scared he looks. "You know I watched you at the sports festival, You really hadn't changed a bit." You walk up to him and put your face close to his. "You're still a temperamental child."

Bakugo looked offended but still radiated fear. "I'll kick your ass, now come out so I can do just that, you coward." He thinks he's smart. But you'll give in, give him a chance.

You reveal yourself standing before him. In between him and the bomb. You summon staff and motion for him to approach. A flame of determination ignites in his crimson eyes. He will learn very quickly why you didn't accept his duel attempt earlier in the day. You will make sure of it.

This was only the beginning of your victory.
