You pull your sweatpants over your morph suit. You grab a tee shirt and add a jacket. It was about nine o'clock in the evening. The 'trade-off' of the children happened at eleven. You put on your steel-toed Doc Marten combat boots and tie the laces. You grab your duffle bag and go down the mental list of everything.
You pointed to each item. It was all there. All the gear you needed.
You open the door and look down the hallway. Curfew for first-year students during weekdays started at eight-thirty so you had that as the advantage. You take your duffle bag and slowly make your way to the elevator. It was dark but you could still see due to the street lights outside the window.
It was weird being in the common room when it was so quiet. Normally there was always somebody chatting or making noise, but tonight it was just silence. You take a deep breath before you make your way to the front door.
If everything goes the way it was supposed to you should be back by morning before anyone notices you're gone. You reach for the door handle and begin to turn it.
"Oi, where do you think you're going?" Shit, You were so close, so close to leaving without any issues.
You stop and turn, it was Bakugou standing behind you. Why is it always him?
"I have some stuff I have to do."
"What are you doing here?"
"I needed a glass of damn water."
"What stuff do you have to do, the fuck, and you wearing street clothes?" He asks way too many questions. You have to think of a lie and fast.
"My agency is having a steak-out and they want me to be there."
"Why the fuck would they want you there?"
"It's a good experience to have in the field I guess." He stares at you with a deep frown. You really have to go. "Look, you can ask questions later ok? I just really can't be late so I have to leave now." You wave at him before closing the door before he can ask any more questions. He really was becoming a pain on your side.
What you didn't know was that Bakugou didn't believe your lie one bit. He didn't believe any of your lies. You sneaking out with a large duffle bag had just confirmed his suspicions. It was the last piece of the puzzle of this theory.

You get off your bike and run into the meeting point. You take off your jeans, shirt, and jacket to reveal your black morph suit. You reach into the duffle bag and grab the other pieces of your mission suit. You put on your utility belt and put on your bulletproof chest pieces. These covered the front of your chest but didn't restrict too much movement. It covered anything really valuable, like your heart and lungs. You put your gun straps and attach them to your thighs.
You didn't really need the commission-given handguns since you could summon your own but it was good to have a backup in case, for whatever reason, your quirk gets canceled.
You walk into the meeting point and see your team standing there in front of a helicopter. As soon as they see you they all begin getting in and putting on seat belts. You were quick to follow. You put your com into your ear and look at all of them.
"Now that we are all here," Speck's voice says from the com, He stayed back as the guy in the chair on this mission. He really likes being the guy in the chair, almost a little too much. "Role call fuckers." He really did know how to break some of the tension.
"Agent Blaze"
"Here" Azail smiles. She went through about twenty different code names before dividing on that, It was short and explained who she was.
"Agent Wendigo"
"Here" Maxwell smirked, he is way too proud of his code name.
"Agent Tigress"
"Present" El said proudly, if you remember correctly he likes Tigress because Agent Tiger sounded boring.
"Agent Void"
You hear a quiet "here" escape from Al's mouth.
"And last but never least our lovely leader, Elite Agent Karma."
You smile at the small introduction "Here." People ask why you picked Karma. Reaper was your second choice but that was more fit for your hero name. The reason you picked Karma was simple.
Karma was a bitch, and so were you.
"Ok, let's go over the mission one more time. The building has seven floors each having security.
The twins we have found are located on the second floor in one of the rooms on the outside of the building. Void has to get to the children, he is their way out.
Blaze and Wendigo have to get to the computers. Blaze will download as much data from them as Wendigo stands guard.
As for Karma and Tigress, take out your targets quickly."
You lock eyes with El and you nod.
"And remember agents,
If they stand behind you protect them
If they stand beside you watch their back
And if they stand against you....show no mercy." That message had been permanently engraved into your head. The commission made sure of it.
"Are you ready to kick some villain ass?" You ask.
"Hell ya," your team screams back.
"You are approaching the building, you will be close enough to dive without injury, good luck, and don't die you fucking morons." You laugh, Specks sure has a way with words.
You see the building and unbuckle your seatbelt and attach the drop down line to your belt. You all pull your masks over your mouths and noses. Identity was very important. The helicopter makes its way right above the building and one by one you all begin your descent.
You smoothly land on the building and you nod at your team before grabbing El by his arm. You teleport into the building and the mission begins.
