Katsuki Bakugou sat across from you in your room. He sat at your desk and you watched as he read through your quirk description. There were about four pages of information and he was on page three.

He then turned the page and looked at you. "Why the fuck is most of the page blacked out?"

You sigh and then smile "Those are my quirks, weaknesses, and some other personal things about my quirk, I don't need you knowing those so I blocked them out."

He hands you back the packet. "So let me get this fucking straight." He leans back and looks up "You lied about a bunch of shit because you work for the hero part of the government."

"Yep"

"Why did you hide it at first when you were just gonna tell us anyway?"

"I wasn't gonna tell you anyway, I was going to wait until it was necessary." Bakugou sits up and looks at you. "It was necessary last night because you convinced people I was a villain and I didn't need that."

He looked at you, observing you. His normal scowl seemed to depend before he asked, "So what do you fucking do?"

"What do you mean?"

"What do you do as a damn 'commission agent'?" He asks as he air quotes your job title.

"Oh" you leaned up against the wall and thought about the best way to explain it. "So basically there are a bunch of agents and we handle everything that isn't shown on TV or handled by Pro Heroes, so like everything behind the scenes."

"Like undercover work?"

"Ya pretty much... heroes handle public things like villains in public places and big rescues and things... We handle non-public hostage situations, underground work, we do everything that isn't on TV or in the news. We sometimes will help pro heroes and some pro heroes are also agents but most of the time we stay in the shadows and handle things we don't need pro heroes for"

"So your last mission was a rescue?"

"Yep."

"And you got shot?"

"Yep"

Bakugou looked shocked at how casual you sounded. "Did it hurt?"

"Well ya it hurt but it's not the first time, when you do what I do getting shot comes with the job."

"That sounds like a shit job."

You look at him with a look of disbelief. "Well I got my quirk license when I was twelve and I have gotten to work alongside some of the world's top pro heroes so I could say it's a pretty cool job." You smile as you seem to have caught more of his attention. "I also run a team of agents myself"

"Are you any good at your 'super cool job'?"

You smile and stand up. You walk over to your desk and open one of the drawers. Inside is a plack that you hand to the ash-blonde. "Well considering the fact I am the youngest agent to ever be promoted to the title of Elite I would say I do a damn good job."

"What does that fucking mean?" Bakugou says as he looks down at the award he now has in his hand.

"It means I'm highly respected and rank on the same level as the top ten pro heroes in terms of the commission." He rose an eyebrow, and you realized you could have explained it better. "Basically Endeavor can't sit and order me around unless he has been given proper authority, and I can give him orders If I am given proper authority. We share an equal amount of respect for each other because they are ranked the same in the eyes of the Japanese government.
