Running on Water: The Flash

chapter 6

We walk into the precinct and I'm freaking out. I walk up to the wall that has TRUTH. LIBRETY. JUSTICE. engraved on it.
"I can't believe no one has noticed this."

"What, the wall. What about it?"

"You seriously don't know, wow."

"What, I don't get it!"

"Barry, look." I grab his arm and pull him closer to the wall.

"What do you see?"

"Um, just a bunch of people in it. What are you trying to show me?"

"Look", I point to each person starting from the right to left. "Aquaman, Green Arrow, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and Green Lantern."

"That is not The Flash. I don't wear a hat." he said in a whisper.

"Thats not you, thats Jay Garrick."

"Wait, who is Jay Garrick?"

"I will explain later, but right now I want to meet Joe."

We find Joe at his desk talking to Eddie. I look at Barry and he has a very nervous expression on his face. Eddie leaves with an upset look on his face. I gave Barry a face of 'don't even ask'. we walk over to Joe. "Hey Joe this is Liz Callahan." "Nice to meet you, I'm- I cut him off. "Detective Joe West, I know who you are." "Uh, ave we met." 'Dam it, I messed that up I said to myself mentally slapping myself, again. "No, no Barry told me about you." "Hey Joe we need to talk to you in private." "Sure thing Barry, wha t do you need to talk about?"I cut in, "Uh, Joe I think its best to talk about it in Barry's lab." "Um, ok." he said a little nervous and we walk to Barry's lab upstairs.

"He's what?! How is that possible, he looks nothing like you!"

"I know, that the thing, it doesn't make sense and it didn't say anything about it in the comics, well at least the ones I've read."

"Wait, what do you mean comics?"

"Joe, you see the thing is Liz isn't from here."

"What do you mean she's not from here, is she from a different city?"

"No, I'm from a different universe."

"Are you a meta-human?" Joe asked nervously.

"What! No, no I am not a meta-human, though that would be awesome."

"Well, we should get going. Dr. Wells want to do some test to see how I got here."

"Alright then, you two should go, but I still can't believe Eddie Thawne is your brother and let alone your twin."

Right as Joe said that guess who walked in, yup Eddie walked in and heard what Joe just had said.
