chapter 37

Liz POV(real Liz)
I woke up on the ground, cold and wet. Wet? Why am I wet? I tried to get up, but two things wouldn't let me. One, I was too weak, it was hard enough to breath already. I wouldn't be able to stand even if I could get up. Two, something was on my back, heavy, big, it felt like cement. I let my head drop and my face landed in water. Water! I can heal myself. But I couldn't, no matter how hard I tried the water wouldn't glow, it wouldn't even move either. I tried to crawl out from under what was on top of me, but it seemed to be attached to the ground, in a sort of bridge form. Ugh this feels as if Thor's hammer is on me. I had no other ideas, but to call for help. "Hello?! Is anyone there?! Please help me!!" Nothing, no one, just the sound of dripping water. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, you would damage your already collapsed lung." someone said, it was so dark I couldn't see them or what direction they were coming from. I heard footsteps, farther, then close and getting closer until I felt they were right in front of me. "Now let me share some light on the subject." he said. That voice, I know that voice, but from where? I heard the click of a pull-chain lightbulb. I looked up and saw the one face I thought I would never see again.

"Eobard Thawne." I said slowly through gritted teeth. "Well its good to see you recognize me." "How the hell did you get out of the phantom zone?!" "Uh uh uh, I wouldn't do that your collapsed lung will make you loose air faster." He was right, the more I talked the harder it became to breath. "Now you might want to brace yourself." he said walking around to the cement holding me down, I heard a click and the weight reduced itself and I could breath a little better. I rolled over to my back and I took in long breathes. "Why- why'd you d-do that, thought- thought you were evil." I said trying to catch my breath. "Oh I am, but I wanted to have a real conversation, you know, without all the gasping for air. It interrupts to much, now why don't you take a seat." In a whoosh of air I was suddenly in a chair. My collapsed lung hurt like hell when he moved me and my knee also hurt, guessing I had broken it. I let out a groan of pain and spit out blood which landed on Eobard's foot.

"Now that wasn't very nice, I think it would be nice if you apologized." he said. "I-I want...you... to-to go to...hell." I said between breaths, but suddenly I was gasping for air again and my head had been whipped to the side and there was a burning pain on the side of my cheek. "Now, you are going to sit there like a good girl and listen." I lifted my head up and gave him a poker face. "You are here in the sewers, but you are also at Star Labs, right now, killing Magi and anyone who gets in your way." "What did you do?" I asked through gritted teeth, my head shot to the side again.

"Stop talking. Now my daughter from the future let me out of your space prison and took your place as Liz. Now you must be wondering how she could take your place, well you see the thing is. She is also a meta-human, but her abilities are quite magnificent, she, can acquire the power of other meta-humans just by standing next to them. Quite fascinating actually, she was able to acquire the powers of all the meta-humans in the pipeline and yours as well. Now I had told you before that your sister had left without my permission so I sent my daughter to track her down, but when she learned I had been imprisoned in space. She came to get me, then we both set out a plan to get rid of you and your sister. Now Delilah should have finished the job by now, so now its my turned."

I shot my hand forward in hopes of sending him flying with water, but nothing happened. "Oh don't bother, I took your powers." I looked at my hands in shock and I could feel myself filling up with anger. My eyes turned blue and the running water that came from a pipe near by stopped and started to float, the water on the ground started to float as well. Eobard turned around in shock. "Impossible! I took your powers!" "But you didn't take my will power." The water around we began to glow and it engulfed me. When it puled back all my cuts, bruises, breaks and my collapsed lung were all healed. I stood up and started walking towards Eobard. As I was walking the pipes I passed by began shaking and broke, water started pouring out of all the pipes and filled the sewer up to my knees. "You took everything from me! You took everything from Barry! You are a despicable human being! Your time has come to loose everything." I said getting closer."Not today." Eobard said as he started running around in a circle vacuuming all the water down another drain. Then he ran behind me and put me in a choke hold. "You are very strong, but not that strong." he said as he vibrated his hand through my chest, crushing my heart. "Now, you've lost everything." he said as he let me fall into a puddle of water that soon turned red with blood, my blood. The images of my friends and family running through my mind as I took my last breath.

This really is the end of the book, there will be no second book or continuation of this story. Sorry if you didn't like the ending and wanted more but I felt like the story was coming to an end and it was better to end it than drag it on because the story probably wouldn't be as good if I tried to force it out.
