I lifted my head slowly and hoisted myself up with my hands. I opened and closed my mouth a couple times to wet it since it was dry. I moved the hair out of my face and looked around, I could see light coming in from the window. I dropped my arms and let myself plop down back onto the bed. Wait, bed?! I sat up and saw I wasn't in my bed, I was on the couch. With a fuzzy blanket covering my back and a pillow leaned against the arm rest. I readjusted the pillow and plop down trying to go back to sleep..... until, I heard the sound of crashing pans. I let out a moan of annoyance, I sat up, slipped on my moccasins and walked into the kitchen.

I found someone around 6'2 trying to mix something in a bowl that had some sort of batter in it.... that was spilling out the sides. I walked over stuck my head between his shoulder blades. "What are you doing?" I asked mumbling a bit. "Trying to make pancakes." he said flicking his hand trying to get batter off of it. "Alright, scoot over speedy." I said nudging him out of the way. I went to the sink and washed my hands, then walking to the long cabinet and took out a black apron covered in white dust and flour. I cracked my knuckles and my neck and stuck a finger in the batter, I licked it and turned around towards Barry. "What is this?" I asked sticking my finger up. "Um, my version of a failed pancake batter." he said leaning against the counter. "This is not pancake batter, this is water. This is WAY to liquidy and it tastes like water anyway." "Well, I'm not much of a cook, sorry." "Mr. Barry Allen, welcome to Hell's Kitchen. Now step aside." I said walking to the cabinet grabbing the instant pancake batter.

I fix the batter and made the pancakes, with a couple burnt ones that Barry made. "Okay, okay, I'll admit it. I'm not the best cook in the world." Barry said taking a bite of the pancake. "Correct." I said. "And you clearly are an amazing cook." "You should complement people more often you are amazing at it, and you look adorable when you do." I said picking up my plate and pecking Barry on the nose.

I changed out of my pajamas- which is just a t-shirt and trackshorts- and took a shower. I got ready for any regular day and went downstairs finding Barry sitting on the couch already ready. "You ready Bear?" I asked going down the stairs. Barry stood up and turned around. "Obviously." I said grabbing my jacket from the coat hanger.

We were at the precinct in seconds, we both walked up to Barry's empty lab. It was empty, but something wasn't right, I could feel it. "Liz, you ok? You look worried." Barry said. "Ya, I'm fine, its just...." "Just what?" "Something seems off, I don't know. Something feels wrong." "What is it? Is it the-" "Shut up" I said putting up my hand. "Hey, I told you I'm-" "Shut up, I'm trying to listen." "Liste-" I cut Barry off by putting my hand over his mouth. I listened for the sound I had heard when we walked in, I could here it, like a beep. *beep, beep, beep, beep. I walked over to a couple of filed boxes and opened the one making the sound, what I found was terrifing. "Oh gød." I whispered as I walked backwards. "What is it?" Barry asked grabbing my hand. "Change." "What?" "Change! Now!" Barry zoomed around and was in a red tri-polymer suit in seconds. "What is it?" he asked looking at me. "You need to get everyone out of here, and clear the block." I said frantically. "Why?" "Just do it, I'll deal with-with the bomb."

Barry's eyes grew wide, but he realized this had to be done now. "How much time?" "Five minutes." He nodded and zoomed out of the lab. I changed as fast as I could and moved the bomb to the center of the room as gently as possible. "Ok, I have no idea how to disarm a bomb." I said to myself, I stared pacing quickly rubbing my hands. I stopped and looked at my hands, "but I can freeze it."

I started creating layers of ice around the bomb, layer after layer of ice, I even had to leave a layer empty and fill it with water to act like a buffer. "Everyone is out of the five block radius." Barry said running up next to me. "Call Cisco, we need him to see what kind of bomb this is." I said still applying ice. "Don't you think thats getting kind of big?" "Call Cisco!" "Right, right, Cisco? You there?"

"Ya, I'm here. Whats up?"

"We've got a bomb at the precinct."

"What kind?"

"10 bar dynamite and we have three minutes left." I said cutting in.

"Liz, have you moved it?"

"I moved it to the center of the room and layered ice over it a couple times."

"How much is a couple?" Cisco asked his tone changing.

"A couple dozen times and there is a layer of water to act as a buffer."

"Okay, Barry, do you think you can be able to carry it."

"Where and maybe."

"The coast, you're going to do the same thing you did with Bette."

"I could try." Barry said trying to pick it up with his hands. "No, I can't its to heavy."

"What if I push it?" I said.

"What do you mean, push it?" Cisco asked.

"We could close off one straight path up to the coast line, I could freeze the street and push it like I was ice skating."

"No its to risky, what if you're not able to push it?" Barry said.

"Barry, I have to. If I don't a lot of people are going to get hurt or worse."

"Its still to risky." he said getting worried.

"Barry, I only have two minutes left. I have to try."

I started covering the ground of the precinct with ice so the bomb could slide. When I got outside, Barry ran past me closing off the streets so I had a direct route. I started icing the ground and I started to push the bomb until it was sliding with ease, I kept icing the road while I was pushing, I was also sliding on the ice like I was skating until I got to the coast. I froze the top of the water and kept sliding, I was half way to the drop off zone and I had 1:30 left. "Liz, you're almost there, just a little farther." Cisco said through the ear piece. I kept sliding the bomb until I had passed the drop off zone with 30 seconds left. I let the bomb fall into the water I skated back to shore as fast as I could counting in my head. '15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8.'

I made it back to shore right as the bomb went off, I kept sliding on the ice not able to stop until I slid into something hard. I tumbled backwards rubbing my head, "ow, it felt like I ran into a brick wall." "Well you got the color right, but I'm not made of red bricks. I'm made of a red suit." I looked up to see Barry rubbing his chest. "That hurt you know." he said helping me up. "You're not the one who ran straight into her boyfriend, face first. What were you doing anyway?" I asked standing up. "I saw you couldn't stop sliding so I tried to grab you, but I'm missed your arm and you slid right into me." "Well thanks for the thought." "C'mon lets head back to Star Labs."

We walk into the cortex and find Cisco sitting in a chair in front of the computers drinking a slushy. "So everything went well-ish." I said walking into a small room and changing out of my uniform. I walked back out and Barry had changed too. "So who do you think put the bomb there?" Cisco asked. "I think it was Mirror Master, when we were fighting him. He said he would blow up the precinct." I said propping myself up with my hands on the desk. "But I thought you sent Magi and Wally to go find the bomb." Barry said. "I did, but weren't they fighting the rouges with us?" I said. "Ya, they were. I guess we'll just have to ask them when we see them." "Or we could just call them." I said pulling out my phone.

"Magi didn't asnwer." I said surprised. "She always answers and if she doesn't she sends me a text, I haven't gotten any texts." "Try calling Wally." Barry said. "I don't have his number, but Iris probably does. Barry call Iris and asked for Wally's number." I said.

"Iris didn't answer either." "Cisco can you pin-point Magi's location through her phone?" "Ya, let me try." Cisco said typing quickly on the keyboard. "What, how is the possible?" Cisco said looking at the screen. "What, what is it? Did you find her?" "No, it says information non-existent." "What.... does that mean?" I asked getting worried. "It means the phone and phone number don't exist." "How is that possible?" Barry asked. "I don't know." "Can you find her in facial recognition?" I asked pacing back and forth. "It says she's deceased." "What?!" "That's what it says, it says she died 7 years ago."
