Severus's POV
"Your highness!"
One of the guards came at us while we're still in the middle of the battle
"The imperial palace.....lady Shae.....is in danger!"
I was froze after I heard that, Eloise tapped me in my shoulder
"Go, your highness, I'll take it from here."
She smiled at me with determination so I nod and hopped on my horse, I ran as fast as I can
If anything happen to my sister, I'll never forgive the one who made this crisis
As soon as I arrived at the palace, I saw sir Elliote carrying my sister
"Your highness" he uttered
"What happened to her?" I asked
"She was stress because of what's happening outside, I told her to calm but..." Sir Elliote clench his fist "Damn it, I can't even protect my love ones!"
"Eloise is fine, she can handle those creatures outside. Believe in her, she's stronger than we think."
He sigh, "I don't know mate, I....I've been underestimating her all this time. I know she's my sister and she's been showing her improvement everyday, but I have a gut that she's completely a different person. Like an impostor."
I punch him in his face, "Wake up, sir Elliote, impostor or not, you should accept the fact that lady Eloise can save this empire from this crisis."
"Severus..."
I looked at my sister, she gained her consciousness again
"Don't worry, sister, mages are coming here, they'll heal you and your baby. Everything will be okay"
She nod and closed her eyes, she's sweating too much. It's hard for her to concentrate on this situation since she had another person inside her belly
"Your highness"
I looked at sir Elliote
"Are you in love with my sister?" He asked, I smirked
"Yeah, I'm in love with her."
