CHAPTER EIGHTY NINE

I packed some of my things since East Empire is way too far away from our empire

"I'll go with you, my lady!" Stella volunteered

"It's okay, Stella, you can stay here and---"

"Not this time, my lady, it's my duty to protect you and serve you. I can't let anything bad happen to you, as your servant, I'm willing to sacrifice anything just for you, even if it cost my life." She said as she kneel   while holding my right hand

I smiled, "Alright, you can come."

She smiled and hugged me

"Thank you, lady Eloise! I swear, I mean everything I said!"

I pat her head, "This isn't time for swearing, but I trust you, Stella. You can pack up your things now and then, we good to go tonight."

It's almost dinner anyway, I told Stella to pack up anything essential for our journey, I can't let us both starve to death during the journey

Many hours later, I finished my meal and went directly into my room

Stella's outside already, preparing the horse

I'm about to grab my coat when I saw Elliote's reflection in the mirror

I turned around and looked at him, his gaze is so cold and the next thing I knew, he locked me up in my room

What the fuck is wrong with him!?

The windows are locked also

He didn't say anything to me, he directly locked me up

Stella's waiting for me! And I can't let Zian die!

This is not the time to stay still and wait for a prince fucking charming

I grabbed a chair and break my window with it

The wind is so strong, I am frightened since I've never escaped using a window before! Pieces of window glasses are scattered everywhere

I have no choice

I jumped off the window and saw blood on my arm

I must've cut myself, but nevermind, I'm okay

I went to Stella real quick, I saw her waiting for me

"My lady!" She yelled, "The weather is kinda bad, you sure we'll get going?"

"Of course, we have to cure Zian as soon as possible."

"L-Lady Eloise,"

"What?"

"There's a lot of blood in your arms," she looks so worried while looking at it

"I'm fine, Stel---"

"No, my lady! We have to take care of it first!" She said

I'm about to respond when we both heard a load roar behind her

It's a large lion roaring at us

It glows and transforms into a human figure

We saw Gabriel blankly staring at Stella

He walks toward me and asks, "Where are you going, master?"

"We're about to leave, Gabriel, we have a business on the East side of the country."

"Wolves are building their new den near the entrance of the eastern empire. I can't let them hurt you, master, therefore, I'm going too." He said

He suddenly sniffs at me, "I can smell blood coming from you, master."

"I cut myself, it's not a big deal, Gabriel."

He tore his cloth and puts it on my arm which was covered in blood

"This should stop the bleeding, c'mon, we have to get going, master."

I hopped on my horse and we were about to exit the gate when suddenly Severus showed up with Theodore

"We're coming with you,"
