"Hi beautiful, nice to meet you" Lily put her hand in his and he kissed it like she was a princess (and she's my daughter so she is a princess). Lily was gushing at this point and she was adorable. "Mommy says that your our superhero!" Oh. Well that's kinda awkward. Mason let out a little laugh. "I think your mommy's wrong, she's more of a superhero than I am." I couldn't help but smile. I wonder if Mason could make a life with lily. Whatever, I'm not gonna think that far ahead I'm just gonna take things slow. A couple hours passed by and Mason left after playing with lily. It was lilys bedtime so I tucked her in, read her a book, and kissed her goodnight. I went into my room and checked my phone. There were three unread messages. I checked the first one and it was from Ajax. Fuck. I need to figure out a plan to keep him away from my family. I'll go to masons house tomorrow and research Ajax and his gang, lily will be at playgroup so I'll have a lot of time. Right now I'm just gonna sleep. I wake up the next morning and get ready, I then woke up lily and made pancakes while she got ready. Me and lily ate and we left the house so I could drop her off at playgroup. I was on my way to masons house when I got a call, my car was connected to my phone so I answered it from there. "Hello? This is Everleigh speaking." "Eve hey!" Oh my god. It's Ajax. Shit. "Ajax? Hi! What's up?" "Not much, I was actually wondering if you'd like to go on a date on Friday?" (It's currently Wednesday) "Um yeah sure! I just need to make sure lily has somewhere where she's being taken care of." "No yeah, of course. Lily is first priority always. Whatever, we can talk about it after everything with ajax. Right now I wanna focus on keeping my family safe. I get to masons house, understatement, whole fucking mansion.
