He kissed me like the world was on fire and I was his water.
He picked me up and wrapped my legs around his waist, pushing me onto the walls again for support. His hands around my waist and mine in his hair. Each kiss got more and more passionate, I could taste him; He tasted like vanilla cream and oak.
God this kiss.
We stop for a second and he looks into my eyes.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing, your just so beautiful."
I smile and he kisses me again.
This time he puts all my weight on him and starts walking somewhere with me in his arms. I don't bother asking where we're going.
In this moment, I just want him and only him. He opens a door in the middle of the hall and it leads to a master bedroom.
Huh.
Who knew that a hall would have a bedroom. He lays me on the bed and continues to kiss me while sitting up on top of me.
Start unbuttoning his shirt and he pulls up my dress. The problem is, in the middle of it we hear another loud bang, but this one was right outside the door.
Nobody said anything.
They just banged on the door, over and over again.
Fuck.
Me and Mason both jump up and he pushes me behind him and walks slowly towards the door.
"What the fuck, who is that?"
"Do I look like I know Alex? Do I look like I know?"
"Shut up, weirdo"
The pounding on the door continues until we hear three bangs and someone else starts knocking on the door.
"Mason? Are you in there!?"
Holy shit, it's Leo. Thank god.
"Leo, shit"
Mason opens the door and Leo stands there with three bodies lying around.
"Shit"
Mason turns quickly and covers my eyes.
"Ej turn around, please."
"Ugh, fine."
I turn around and stare around the room we were in.
It's really nice for a hall bedroom, even though this hall is super expensive itself.
"Ahem"
Leo coughs.
"Y'all's shirts?"
"Shit"
Me and Mason curse.
Mason starts buttoning his shirt back together and I go put my dress back on.
"Y'all have been busy huh? Guess you didn't need that much saving after all."
"Shut it Leo."
I laugh a bit and start turning around.
"Ej." Mason interrupts my turn.
"Whatttt"
"Don't even think about it."
"Mason, nothing gonna scar me for life ok. I gave birth to a child, I've seen things in hospitals when I was a kid. I'm fine."
"Ik know ej but still, I don't want you to see."
"Ok ok fine, whatever."
Leo starts laughing after, he really loves this
"Y'all ready to get out of here?"
I shrug my shoulders,
"Meh, was pretty short to be honest. I could spend some more quality time with this place, what about you Alex?"
"Yeah yeah, really funny I just wanna leave."
Leo chuckles again and starts walking out.
"Follow the leader."
Mason frowns,
"I'm the leader not you."
"Well today I'm the leader, let's go my followers."
I giggle.
I missed Leo so much after I left. He was truly my only best friend. I lost my phone one of my first days in this city and I never got my contacts back. Some of them I did, the numbers I knew gave me numbers of other people but some were just gone.
Like Leo's.
I start to turn around again so we can start walking out and mason over here put a blindfold on me. "What is this?"
"A blindfold for your curious ass. I know you wanna look but you can't at the same time. This'll help." I felt it on top of my eyes.
It's this friggin bandana he keeps with himself, why on earth did he bring that with him.
"Alex, why in your Oompa Loompa lookin ass do you have this at a ball?"
"I left it in my pocket by accident, I forgot why." "Weir- AHH." I feel Mason lift me up in his arms again, he's so strong. "Alright we can go now."
"Finally" I can feel Leo roll his eyes at Mason, It makes me laugh. "The rest of the team is out eliminating the other guys in this mob. We found out it was specific J names gang, he was trying to come after you."
Mason scoffs,
"That's the most hilarious thing I've ever heard."
"Who's specific J name?" I pop the question. "No one special j, Someone we went after a long time ago. Guess he's still mad."
"Oh"
I just let Mason and Leo joke around for a bit and stayed quiet for a bit. This place is like a maze.
"Ej why're you so quiet?"
"Huh? Oh, nothing. I'm just tired. I mean there's currently a shooting going on."
The sound of gunfire ended a while ago, it's all silence now.
But the silence is what scares me more. That's why I was so quiet.
"Yeah but there's something else, I see it on your face."
Mason could always read my mind. No matter what I was feeling, he always knew.
"Are you scared?"
I closed my eyes. I didn't wanna answer him. I didn't wanna express myself right now. I could tell Mason knew why and so he stopped asking.
I eventually fell asleep while Mason was carrying me around and I don't know when I woke up but I was in the limo with a blanket and pillow. I could hear Mason outside.
"She was being quiet cuz she's scared of the silence. I could tell by her face, she just didn't wanna say it."
See, what did I say, he always knows.
I have so many questions right now though. One of them being, what the fuck just happened? What happened to the mob? And how long has it been since I fell asleep?
Mason opens the door to the limousine and I see Leo walking away from the window, he's probably going to his car.
The driver gets in the limo and starts driving as well.
Mason rests his hand on my head and I melt under his touch.
