Dib felt himself shudder as his sister hissed "Dib that better Not be who I think it is." Knowing just who she meant Dib looked away "I'm sure he'd be just as happy to see you too." He muttered.
Gaz glared at her brother as she walked in allowing Lizzy to shut the door. Standing in front of her brother Gaz hissed at him "What in the curses were you thinking?" She questioned gesturing to the boy in his lap. Dib gripped tighter onto Zim "I didn't run after him if that's what you were implying." Gaz glared at him standing up straighter and crossing her arms "How long Dib?" She asked forcefully. Dib looked down at the floor trying to avoid the sharp gaze of his sister. "How Long Has He Been Here?" She demanded her brother answer.

Gaz turned as Lizzy's voice spoke from behind her "About two days, he has been staying here since yesterday afternoon." Lizzy practically whispered, her voice so much smaller and more fragile than Gaz's. Turning back to her brother Gaz sighed "No wonder you weren't thinking straight." She growled. "Shut up Gaz." Dib muttered. "Dib you're married." Gaz scolded. Dib glared at the floor "I Know That." He growled, his voice holding a deep and serious tone. Gaz narrowed her eyes, her voice like ice. "Then why is your stupid sex toy here."

Dib felt his whole body go to ice and his throat burn. Perhaps if Gaz had said something like that two days ago, or even perhaps back when Dib was younger, it might not have bothered him as much. But when she said it like that, and with what Zim had just told him, Dib's composure seemed to break all at once as he snapped towards his sister. "Zim Is Not Some Sex Toy! It Was Never Like That!" He roared a dark fury in his voice. Gaz snarled back at her brother finding an acid to match his own. "Oh yea? Well then what was it like Dib? Because last time I checked your relationship wasn't exactly Butterflies and Rainbows Dib!"

Dib felt himself boil with each word she spoke "Oh yea! Well how would you know that?" He spat "You Always Had Your Head Buried In Some Game! How In The World Would You Possibly Know What My Life Was Like!" Dib stood up from the couch and looked down at his sister, his tall figure seeming to loom over her like a dark serpent, his long black trench coat seeming to swallow the room, and his voice burning everything around them.
"I Didn't Have The World Bowing Down At My Feet! I Never Had Some Group Of Friends I Could Turn To! Curses I Never Even Had Dad!" Dib roared before his voice seemed to simmer down.

"Zim was all I had." The venom seemed to drop from Gaz's glare as she looked up at her brother, angry hot tears running down his cheeks. Gaz tried to reach out to her brother "Dib I-" Dib cut her off the anger returned to his voice "No, I don't want to hear it" he growled "I don't want some lame Excuse! Because You've Made Your Point Pretty Clear!" Dib looked at Gaz clenching his teeth "I mean what was it you said to me yesterday? To stop hiding? To talk to my wife and tell her the truth?!"
Dib glanced between Gaz and Lizzy, a hurt fury in his gaze. "Well This Is The Cursed Truth! I grew up in a home with a father who never loved me and a sister who barely acknowledged my existence. I was deemed insane by every person I met until I was eleven years old, when a literal alien fell from space and tried to take over the world. And Yet despite all of that, that alien was the only one who ever noticed when I was hurt or broken or sad, that alien would go out of his way when I didn't show up at school or I didn't throw a punch! And when I stood on that roof and I was ready to jump off, that alien was the only one who reached out his hand and told me not to!"
Dib's whole body seemed to shake as he spoke, the pain he felt was almost unbearable, but he continued. "And I let him down." Dib strained "I told him I never wanted to see him again. And when he listened," Dib paused, his voice seeming to drain of all emotion "You all seemed so happy, you all went on like nothing happened, like he never existed."

Gaz felt herself sink as her brother's words began to cut like knives and daggers, thinking back on the years through school and how she looked down on her brother and his obsessions. "You All Let Me Believe I Was Insane!" He roared using the last of his strength before collapsing back onto the couch clutching Zim in his arms and sobbing, not even bothering to care as his tears spotted his glasses, and how his sister and wife could do nothing but stare.

Zim clicked out of sleep mode as his body was suddenly put under strain. Zim felt trapped as strong arms were wrapped around him and someone else's tears burned his chest. Looking at his captor he noticed it was Dib who had captured him. "Uhh, Dib-beast?" Zim questioned as the Dib just continued to cry.
Feeling extremely uncomfortable Zim placed a clawed hand on the Dib's head in an attempt to push him off "As much as the Zim admires the Dib groveling before him, Zim has absolutely no idea what's going on." Zim growled as he tried to push the Dib away.

Zim stiffened as he heard another voice, much more hostile than he would have liked "Well well well, look who's awake." Gaz's voice hissed from next to him, turning with an awkward forced grin Zim greeted Her "Ah, Gaz-creature! How nice it is to see you again." He stammered. Gaz narrowed her eyes at him "I'd say the same but I'd be lying." Zim turned back to Dib wishing he would let go, "Ah yes, how amusing" he said with a forced laugh as if her response was supposed to be a joke. Gaz took a step forward and Zim gripped onto Dib's hair not at all wanting anything to do with Gaz while trapped.
Using a swift maneuver Zim kicked free of the Dib's arms and shoved his head away allowing Zim to leap off the couch and take the quickest turn up the stairs, disappearing from sight within a second.

The three people stood in shock as Zim disappeared, Dib looking at his now empty arms could do nothing but bury his face in his hands and wish everything else in the world would just disappear.
