Chapter 3

LISA'S POV

The dinner with Kookie went well. Harvey enjoyed it, and I can't help but to smile the whole time just watching him enjoying the dinner and telling stories.

"Mommy?" I heard my son speak beside me. I'm cooking his breakfast.

"Yes baby?"

He hugged my legs that made soft. I cooked the last batch of bacon and put it on the plate placing it at the dining table.

I carried my son on my arms. "Why? What is it baby?"

"I had a nightmare last night." He said with a sad face.

I kissed his forehead and put him on his chair. "It's only a dream okay? Don't worry, tonight you will sleep beside mommy okay?" His eyes lit up and munch on his food.

After eating, I cleaned up Harvey first before he went and get his backpack. "Mommy I'm ready to go to school!" He shouted, he's always excited when going to school. His teachers has been telling me about his status. They said he's a very smart kid despite his age.

That made me very proud. He got the beauty and brain. He got it all from Her. It's not that I'm dumb but she was way smarter than me.

"Mommy!" Harvey shouted again that snapped me out of my thoughts. This little kid and his patience.

"Coming!"

I drop Harvey to his school. We went down the car and I walk him to the gate. I bend down and gave him a kiss on his cheeks and forehead.

"Be good inside okay? I'll come fetch you later or maybe your aunt Rosie will." I informed him making him nod.

"Yes mommy!" He said running but he turned around and ran again to me. He put his arms up indicating me to carry him so I did.

"I didn't kiss you yet mommy." I smiled and he gave me a kiss on my cheeks and lips. After that I put him down and he ran inside.

I then left to go to my cafe. I went inside and saw Jisoo with her cup of coffee.

"Goodmorning Lisayah." She greeted with a smile plastered on her face. I reciprocated the greet. I told her I'll be back.

"Goodmorning Sana." I greeted my other friend who was an employee here, "goodmorning Yeri."

They both greeted me too. Brfore I went to my mini office and drop my stuffs there.

When I went out, I saw Taehyung, another friend of mine who was also working here in my cafe.

"Good morning boss!" He greeted but I glared at him. "Oops." They know I don't like it when they call me boss, I prefer them calling me with my name or the nickname they have for me.

I made my way to Jisoo who was busy with her phone. I sat down and Yeri came with a cup of coffee. I thanked her before she left.

"I have some good news for you Lisayah." Jisoo said that made me look at her.

"It seems like she won't take long here in Korea. I read an article that she's just here to sign an important paper for her company in New Zealand." She said that made me happy and sad? What?

"That's good." I simply said and sipped through my coffee.

Jisoo put her phone down. "Oh by the way. Jungkook seem to be hanging out with you and your son lately. You three look like a cute family going out on a date." I chuckled.

"Kookie is my friend Jisoo."

She just scoffed. "Come to think of it, Jungkook has been with you for 2 years? 3 years? And he's been so obvious that he has feelings for you. Why don't you try it out? You're too oblivious on what's Jungkook is up to for you."
