Chapter 14.2

LISA'S POV

"Is that a hickey?!"

"It's not!" I defended which the three didn't buy. "Look, there's a kid here. Let's talk about this later."

"Oh, you just admitted it's a hickey." Taehyung says laughing.

"Mommy? What's hickey?" Ella asks curiously. Now what should I say.

"It's nothing Ella. Don't mind about what we are talking about okay?" Yeri came to the rescue.

I glared at the three who are biting their lips stopping themselves from laughing. This day is gonna give me a headache. I was massaging my temples when my phone vibrated. 'Jennie'

Jennie: hey Lisa, I'm here at your cafe but I don't see you around.

I didn't reply to her, I just carried Ella and went out of my office with the three tailing behind. We saw Jennie sitting on an empty table. As soon as Ella saw her, she jumped off my arms and went to her mama.

"Mama!" She kissed Jennie's cheeks and nose. "What are you doing here mama?"

"I came to fetch you baby, we're going to your grandm-"

The door suddenly opened revealing a panting Yuri, "Lisa!...wait let me take breathe." I just nodded and chuckled.

"Did you forget something?" I asked and he nodded.

"I forgot my phone in your office." He said and I accompanied him inside my office, he got his phone from the couch.

We came out laughing when he told me that he ran really fast that he bumped to some people just to get his phone.

I looked at the people waiting when I met a glaring fuming kitten. Why is she mad?

"I gotta go Lis, umm anyways. Can we have a dinner tonight? You can take Harvey with you." He knows Harvey is my son and I only mentioned that I only hsve one kid. I think he might think Ella is not my kid.

"Yeah sure Yuri, send me the details later. I need to talk to you about something too." I replied and gave him a smile.

"Great! See you tonight then." He said and left.

"Yuri is really a good catch Lisa." Sana whispered enough for everyone to hear. I glared at her.

"Now what about your Kookie." Taehyung asks. "He would be very hurt you know." He joked laughing but suddenly stopped zipping his mouth when his eyes landed on someone, or should I say on Jennie.

Jennie's eyes were mad. "Lalisa, can we talk?" Jennie asks that sent shiver throughout my body when she called me Lalisa.

"S-sure?"

"O-oh, someone's getting scolded for no reason." Yeri teases and went back to the kitchen together with Taehyung.

"Umm, Sana? Can you look for Ella for an hour or so?" Jennie asks Sana who is smiling widely looking at me. Is she teasing me? An hour? What are we gonna talk about?

"Sure Jen, come Ella." Sana left with Ella leaving me and Jennie.

Jennie hold my hand dragging me outside, I just let her. We reached her car, she opened the shotgun seat for me and let me sit then she closed the door walking to the driver's seat.

She started the engine and drove away.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"My penthouse."

I was shock, why would we go there? We can talk on my cafe or in a restaurant.

"Okay."

The ride was so quiet, I glance at Jennie but her face was just blank and expressionless.

We reached her building, she parked her car and quickly took me to the elevator.

"Who's Yuri?" She asked out of nowhere. I can't help but to tremble at her cold voice.

"He is my-"

She pinned me on the elevator's wall with her arms on both my side. She kissed me aggressively but I pushed her softly.

"Jennie, stop."

JENNIE'S POV

"He is my-"

I didn't let her finish her words as it makes my blood boil at the idea that Yuri is her boyfriend or whatever. I pinned her to the wall and kissed her aggressively, I was about to bite her lips for an entrance but she pushed me.

"Jennie, stop." She said panting trying to catch her breathe.

The elevator opened and I hold her hand dragging her inside my penthouse. Once we entered, I immediately closed the door and pinned her kissing her plump lips.

"Mmphm.. J-jen." She tried to talk and pushed me. She was breathing aggressively. "Jen, I'm here because you told me you want to talk not SEX!"

I run my fingers on my hair, I was jealous! They're going for a dinner later tonight and I can't help but to think that she's gonna leave me eventually.

"Hey, why are you crying?" I heard Lisa and then I realize that I was really crying. She cupped my face and wiped the tears. "Jen, why are you crying? Are you sick?" She put her hand on my forehead.

"I'm not sick."

"Then why are you crying." She wiped the tears again.

"I... I was thinking of something." I said and hold her hand from my face and looked at her eyes.

"What were you thinking then?" She asks. I hugged her tight putting my chin on her shoulders as I sob. She rubbed my back. "Let's talk about it."

We sat on my couch as I was still hugging her. "I'm j-jealous.." I blurted and heard her chuckle. I gave her a 'what's funny' look.

"Jealous of what exactly? And why are you jealous in the first place?" Yeah, why am I even jealous? I don't have the right to be jealous. But fuck it! I want her back, I changed already!

"I want you back." I said and tightened my hug on her, afraid to let go. "Give me one last chance. Please." I pleaded sobbing hard. She wasn't saying anything that made my heart beat fast.

Is she gonna say no?

"No I won't say no Jennie."

Did I say that out loud?

"Yes you did, Jennie look." She pulled away and caressed my cheek. "I will give you a chance but..."

"I know, I changed Lisa. I changed for you for Harvey and for Ella." I said with full sincerity. I mean it, all.

"Hmm, okay. But about your mom, she's-"

"Jennie? Baby."

"Talking about the devil." Lisa says and mom entered giving as the deadliest eyes, specifically Lisa.

"What is this whore doing here Jennie?!" Mom shouted. Did she just call my wife a whore?

"Excuse me ma'am, why are you calling me that word? Never in my life someone called me that and you have the audacity." Lisa fires standing from the couch getting her purse.

"Okay then golddigging whore!" Mom said again which Lisa didn't take anymore and was about to dash towards mom but I hold her hand stopping her. "You are back again to leech off my daughter aren't you?"

"Mom! That's enough!" I'm mad at her right now. Why is she even holding grudge on Lisa.

"Jennie, I'll go." Lisa said pulling her hands off mine. When she finally got out my penthouse, I looked at mom who is now smirking.

"Mom, what was that?"

"She's not good for you honey, now let me set you up to a date with my friend's daughter." I sighed and just left her. I went out my building but Lisa was not there anymore. I was going to my car so I can fetch Ella when my phone vibrated. 'Lili'

Lili: I went to the cafe Jen and can you come get Ella? I'm going to fetch Harvey at school for our dinner with ny friend later.

Me: Yeah sure, I'll be there.
