-Chapter 51-

After I told my mum everything, she drove straight to Angie's school and took Angie out. She took her straight to KFC and ordered a big bucket of chicken wings, which she made Angie eat.

I spent the rest of the day in the house, still trying to recover from my jet lag. I got a message from Alex asking if I would meet up with him and Michael, but I refused. I was still furious at Michael for the stunt he pulled on me and Bradley at his birthday party.

Olivia and Chloe were currently somewhere in Asia on their trip around the world. We had been planning to do it all six of us, (them two, Alex, Michael, Bradley and I), when we were younger, but obviously it didn't go to plan. Bradley and I both got famous and broke up, Michael has an important job and Alex's new girlfriend didn't want him to go.

After spending the whole day doing everything and nothing, it was finally time to get ready for tonight. Tonight we, and by we I mean my whole family, were going out for a fancy dinner in a restaurant to celebrate Angie's birthday.

I had showered in the middle of the day and had let my hair dry naturally, so it was all frizzy. I straighten it and then curled it into loose waves. I put a little bit of make-up on and around my eyes to hide the dark circles that had formed there.

I then got dressed for tonight. I may have gone a bit too fancy for a simple evening at a restaurant but the dress I'm wearing is the only dress I have which isn't too short for the British winter. The dress in question is a black cocktail dress from Louis Vuitton.

I paired this with black Jimmy Choo heels and, of course, my ring that has not once left my finger since I was given it (apart from when I went in the hot tub in Australia but even then it was on a chain around my neck).

Once I was done, I went across the hall to Angie's bedroom. Mum and she had gotten back whilst I was doing my hair, and I really wanted to speak to her. This is probably not the birthday she imagined.

I knocked on the door and went in.

"Hey." I smiled seeing her standing in front of her wardrobe.

She turned around a smiled softly. "Hi."

"Are you ok?" I inquired, taking a seat on her bed.

"Yes... well I'm embarrassed, but yes I'm ok now." She admitted, taking a seat next to me.

"Don't be embarrassed. Everyone makes mistakes, and it's ok to make mistakes. Think of them as a life lesson." I grinned, wrapping my arm around her shoulders.

"I broke up with Sam." She informed me, no emotion on her face.

"Really?" I asked, shocked. Sam was Angie's personal drug. I never thought she would be the one to break up with him.

"Yeah... he didn't deserve me." She said, shocking me.

I fought back a proud smile, and just hugged her tighter. "You are defiantly not the little princess that everyone thinks you to be."

"No. I don't think I am." She smiled. "You look stunning by the way, I on the other hand need a shower and I have nothing to wear." She groaned, flopping back on her bed.

An idea popped into mind.

"How about this: you go have a much needed shower and I will find you something to wear?" I proposed, and Angie quickly agreed to my proposal.

She got up and ran to the bathroom. Seconds after the bathroom door shut, I heard the sound of water running.

I quietly crept out of her room and went into mine. I went over to the pile of presents I had wrapped in light pink wrapping paper. I then unwrapped the box shaped parcel that held one of the two presents I had bought Angie for her birthday.
