Chapter Ten: They won't win though!

Merlin's POV

As soon as we arrived in the fake world, I felt tired and drained. I knew I wouldn't be able to hold this for long until it all crashed and burned and me along with it. I would be no use if I couldn't hold it as it would have drained all the magic I have and I would probably pass out.

I know the risks, only the most powerful sorcerers can master this spell and hold it for quite a long period of time. The highest anyone has done it is for nearly two days. We have less then two days to send them packing or Camelot is doomed and that is if I can hold it for that long.

I'm meant to be this most powerful sorcerer ever known, so I hope I can hold for that time. The Doctor looks out the corner of his eye at me. "How you feeling?"

"I'm alright," I say.

"I hope you are because we are coming up to the ship. I can't believe they actually landed," he laughs.

"Well they didn't really land," I tell him.

"Very true," says The Doctor.

"What next?" I ask.

"I'm sorry that we are relying so much on you, Merlin," he began.

"Don't."

"Ok never I need you to distract them. I need long another with the boss and plant this devise," he tells me.

"Are you sure we should do it so soon?" I ask.

"Yes, because we don't know how long you can hold it, Merlin and I'm not risking your life more then I have too. You know the plan, good luck you will need it," smiled The Doctor.

"You too."

I watch as the Doctor sneaks away. I take in a deep breathe. This relies all down to me to get there attention so I give enough time for The Doctor to do what he has to do.

I stand up and rush into the action of where most of the aliens are. "Hey!" I shout loudly. It a matter of seconds the aliens all looked at me raising weapons shouting to each other and pointing at me but only one rushed towards me in panic thinking he be able to get hold of me but he is truly mistaken.

I feel the magic build up inside me and I push him back with my magic raising my hand as I did so. I watch the alien go flying crashing into some of the others. This caused even more of a panic and they started charging towards me knowing, I am trouble to them. 

I let my magic flow through me, I don't plan to kill them, I'm going to avoid that at all costs. They came from all around me and I had to start using stronger magic, I started to enchant instead of using the magic I've known since I was born. I start to use the magic I've learnt since being within Camelot from my spell book Gaius gave me.

Some of them worked while others didn't even keep them away. Some even knocked out which made my task a little bit easier. Someone charged at me and I went to shout a spell but I was too slow and he got me to the ground. I struggled from his grip and kicked him in the head with my boot but more started to swarm around me. My magic bursts from me making them all get blasted back but I collapsed to the floor.

I've used too much magic, holding this whole fake world up has taken a lot and now this, taking on pretty much an whole alien race my magic, my body is giving in. I can't risk using anymore magic or this fake world could disappear and they could destroy Camelot.

They swarmed around me. "That is all you got?" one asked evilly.

"What was he doing anyway?" asked another. I looked up at them and sigh. This is not good.

"I don't know," said another.

"He is the one who was the skip before. The one that escaped, I was there when it happened. I mean I am the right hand man here. I'm not sure what is it but its dangerous. He is a risk to us all," he said.

"Should we kill him? I mean he could stop us getting our materials," said another one.

"I think we should take him to the boss. I mean, I think he would like to see him," said the right hand man as he called himself.

Everyone started to agree. This is defiantly not what I wanted. I hope I gave the Doctor enough time, because I can't do anything to stop them taking me to the boss now.

Two of the aliens forced me to my feet and looked right at me. "Anything to say," one of them whispered but I didn't speak to him, I ignored him. They gripped quite tight and pulled me along towards the ship.

I'm sorry, so sorry Doctor.

The Doctor's POV

I had put the devise into the skip. I just needed to talk to the boss and then I could set it off. It should work, if Merlin can keep the other aliens away just for a little while longer. I hope he is ok.

"Good afternoon," I called as the boss alien turned around.

"We meet again, I thought I may see you again. So do you think you can stop me?" he asked evilly.

"I know you need materials for your knew world, home but you can't take them from here this planet in any time line. I need you to understand this. You don't see what you are going to do, what you are doing," I say to him.

"Really?"

"Look, I give everyone one chance to leave and if you don't you have been warned," I say.

Suddenly there noise nearby. "He so skinny," whispered someone.

"He is weak that is what he is," another whispered. Then I heard someone moan out in pain and my stomach launched as I knew who it was. The door opened up two reveal four aliens. Two had hold of Merlin and the other two were smirking.

"Oh you have already found the other one that attacked the ship, Boss. We found the skin and bone one with that weird power or something," said one of the aliens.

"Ah you planned to detract me did you? I'm not falling for what you are saying. I give you one chance, yeah right. We are taking the materials if you like it or not and if you stand in my way I will kill your friend, got it? Lock them both up in the cell and keep guard twenty four seven."

"This kid has some kind of power, he could use it again."

"Very true, get him locked up more securely," he sneered. I looked at Merlin and sighed. I knew this wasn't his fault. He tried his best, he must of stopped fighting because he had used to much power on the enchantment that he has to keep going which he is constantly using. I can tell its drained him, he looks like he is going to pass out.

They won't win though!

I'm not sure if its good let me know. There is def mistakes but I've not edited it properly.
