Merlin’s POV
I thought my day couldn’t get any weirder but apparently it could with two things, a strange looking blue box and an odd man who seemed too happy for his own good. Who would be in their right mind to call themselves a doctor, what is a doctor anyway.
The stranger came over to me and started looking at me weirdly before he walked around me and started to move closer to certain areas of my body. This was the strangest thing I had ever seen anyone do and I had no idea how to react to it either.
“That’s seems to be normal,” he whispered as he poked me in the side.
“Hey, what do you think you are doing” I asked him.
“That seems to be fine too,” he continued as he touched my face.
I was about to ask him the question again when he brought a strange looking thing out his pocket and pointed it at me before it began to make a strange sound.
“Very interesting,” he said.
“What is interesting and what is that?” I asked.
“It’s a sonic screwdriver but that doesn’t really matter right now. The question is why did my Tardis bring me here to Camelot and more important what has it got to do with you,” he said.
“To do with me?” I asked confused.
“Everything seems normal on you and that is what is interesting. Everything has a reason, normally alien but you are not an alien from my examination over you. You have magic but I don’t understand how.”
I looked at him trying to figure how this guy knew I had magic and he seemed so different and he wore strange looking clothing too.
“What is an alien?”
“An Alien is life that does not originate from Earth. This blue box behind me is a time machine which allows me to travel forward or back in time. I am from the future and for some reason my time machine brought me to this time and for some reason to you,” the doctor said.
“Why would it do that?”
“I do not know, Merlin but I do know this it normally takes me to somewhere when I am normally needed.”
“You can’t walk around here with those clothes on and you need to hide....” I paused.
“My Tardis,” he said.
“Yeah you need to hide that,” smiled Merlin.
“I will just make it go invisible,” said the Doctor as he pressed something and then the blue box disappeared.
“Did you use magic?” I asked.
“No I did not. I do not contain magic and neither does anyone else I have ever met before but I have to admit now that I don’t know everything,” said the Doctor.
“I’ll bring you back to Gaius’s and get you something different to wear. Hopefully Gaius will not get angry at me,” I said.
“Gaius, I don’t think I have heard of him before,” said the Doctor.
“But you heard of me?” I asked him.
“You and Arthur,” smiled the Doctor.
“Arthur....of course,” I sighed.
“I heard of you two as you are legends which have lived on for years. You two are myths but it seems everyone is mistaken about that,” he said to me as he patted me on the shoulder.
