Merlin’s POV
Ever since the Doctor said about Alien activity I have been on my guard and he has too. We need to keep an eye out as the Doctor said it can cause a lot of trouble especially within Camelot and one upset can change the whole future including my future to become the greatest warlock the world has ever known and Arthur to be king.
I am grateful training is over for one day and hopefully away from the knights Arthur would calm down on the name calling but how I had been wrong about that.
“Hey, girls hurry up,” said Arthur as he called from within his room.
“Why does he call us girls?” asked the Doctor.
“It is what Arthur does and I call him names back. It’s what we do but he don’t understand that not everyone is like me and defiantly not you but because you’re meant to be related to me that is how he is,” I said to him.
“Are you sure he is the right Arthur?” asked the Doctor.
“I’ve asked that question too before,” I laughed.
We went into the chamber to find Arthur at his desk. “What is it your royal, pratness,” I grinned.
“You’re such an idiot. It’s lunch time, I need my lunch,” said Arthur.
“Oh right, do you want to get it,” I said to the Doctor.
“Yeah, I’ll be right back,” said the Doctor before he left the chamber leaving me and Arthur alone.
“Merlin as much as I know, John is family you need to make sure he knows his place,” said Arthur.
“Arthur he is doing his best. He is not use to this and he cares about me and that’s why he said those things,” I said to him.
“I understand, now my floor needs cleaning get to it,” said Arthur.
“I will, prat,” I laughed.
“I’m glad you will you idiot,” said Arthur.
“You got to admit you where being a dollop head earlier though,” I said to him. Arthur didn’t answer but I saw him grinning a little and I knew he didn’t take it seriously.

“Thanks, Gaius,” I said as he gave me the bowl of soup and some bread.
“This is great,” said the Doctor as he ate some of the soup.
“I’m glad you like it,” said Gaius.
As I went to eat some of my soup the warning bell began to go off. “I wonder what is going on,” said Gaius.
“I better go encase, Arthur is in trouble,” I said as I got up from my sit.
“You haven’t even eaten anything,” Gaius had to point out.
“Arthur is more important,” I said to him.
“I’m coming with you,” said the Doctor as he stood up too and we both went to leave.
“Be careful,” said Gaius.
“We will,” I said to him before we left the chamber and headed out into the corridor. We headed straight towards Arthur’s chambers to insure he is alright as he most important even though Uther is too, well to Arthur anyway.
We never made it as we heard screaming nearby and not long later a main ran straight into us. “What has happened?” I asked her.
“Something horrible, they looked human but not human at all,” she said crying.
