It's You Again
Heejin's POV
"Hi I'd like a large hot chocolate for dine-in." The man infront of me says with a big smile. I narrow my eyes at the man "Okay this isn't coincidence and you know it." Sure it's a weird first words to the guy but what can I say this is the 5th time I've seen him.
The man giggles though and then shrugs. "I'm sure it is. I don't know what time your shift is. Plus I came here because of Hobi hyung and to get some work done." The guy says and I roll my eyes. "Alright fine that will be 4500 won." I say and he hands me the money. "Thank you." He says and I nod "Your welcome." I reply and hand him the buzzer.
He was speaking the truth about being here though. He immediately brought out his laptop and started typing away.
"Here's your drink." I say as I move his mug. "Thank you." He says with a smile and hands me the buzzer. I leave him and go back to the cashier.
Hours pass by, customers coming in and out of the cafe. A familiar face soon came to the cashier "What drink will you try next?" I ask him since he had ordered another 2 drinks this morning. "Ah this time I'll add a meal since it's lunch time. Let's see I'll have some spicy tteokbokki and jjigae. The servings are fit for two people right?" He asks and I nod.
"Yep it is. Is a friend coming?" I ask out of curiosity and he hums "No she's already here." He says and I nod "That will be 30,000 won." I say with a bored tone "But it also depends." He says and takes out his money. "If she would spend her lunch break with me." He says and hands the money to me. I hum without a care.
That was before I realized he was talking about me. "Wait what?"
