"England has woken up with multiple fires broken out across the town. Citizens have reported seeing two masked men at multiple scenes where the fires began. Police have no further suspects and are still investigating into the matter. The question that is on everyone's mind is, 'who is starting these chaotic fires and why?' Stay tuned as we'll have more this afternoon."

I stare at the tv utterly confused. I lean closer towards the tv and watch where all the fires erupted, my heart racing and my mind running a thousand miles an hour.

Could it be?

No. I'm being crazy there's no way.

Could there...

I push myself off from the settee and pick up my keys and leaving my apartment. I don't know what I'm thinking but for some reason, these fires don't seem like just usual fires, they seem almost like a...a message? I shake my head stop my steps.

This is ridiculous, I'm just being crazy. I nod my head and turn around begin to go back. But then I think to myself. If this is a message and I'm not crazy, could it be from him. Could it be what he's been trying to do? That just maybe, he's still out there. That I'm not crazy and that those fires are him sending me a message.

I bite my lip and turn around, matching soars a my car with a new found determination. I don't let my thoughts of doubt stop me. I don't let myself ponder over the thought and climb into my car and drive away, my tires screeching as I do.

If he's out there, I'll find him.

I type in the location of the first fires and make my way there, trying to not let me get ahead of myself too much. I don't think I could handle the disappointment if I got to exited of the thought only for my hope to be crushed when I find out I was wrong.

I pull up, not surprised to still find police cars and a few people standing around the burned down buildings. The ground is littered with black charcoal, the air warm and still thick with smoke. You can smell the burnt wood in the air. I begin to walk closer, my eyes searching for anything that would help me.

I come to a stop right at the curb of the building, police tape rapping in the h for against my stomach.

"I need to get closer." I mutter to myself quietly. I peak around, and move towards the back of the building where there is few people and no police. My feet crunch on the burnt objects that once held this together. I squeeze through a small gap and make it into the building. Stepping into the burnt down place brings back memories of when I went back the the hanger.

But unlike this time, my head isn't clouded by my emotions and grief. This time I know that whatever I find, I'm seeing it for real. I sneak around the building and look for anything. I move from room to room, my hope slowly dieing and my frustration rising by the second.
