3rd pov

Despite being up late the night before, Jisung wakes up feeling very energized. He thinks about his plans for the day and instantly feels optimistic. While his friends are all making breakfast he tells Anjae that he needs to go and he makes his way home.

Jisung showers and actually puts some effort into choosing an outfit for once. He styles his hair instead of leaving it to dry however it pleases. He checks the mirror multiple times before finally leaving the house at 12:30 pm. He feels good.

Heeyeon's only been at work for an hour before her day immediately got interesting. A boy she didn't think she was going to see until Monday, surprisingly walks through the entrance. All of the employees greet him but Heeyeon stands there, speechless.

"Hi, umm you're the delivery girl from last night, right?" he asks, trying to sound surprised as if it's a coincidence to see her here. She sheepishly nods her head. He then glances at her nametag. "Heeyeon" he reads out loud. Jisung takes a good look at her face so he can ingrain it into his memory. He realizes that he never told her his name. Little did he know, she already knew his name.

"I'm Jisung by the way. Park Jisung." he blurts out. Why did I say it like that? He thought, clowning himself.

"It's nice to meet you, Park Jisung. I'm Jung Heeyeon." she properly introduces herself. Jisung flashes her with his adorable smile and her knees nearly go weak at the sight.

"Hey kid, are you gonna order or what?" an older voice came from behind Jisung. It startled him so he jumped out of the way. "I'm sorry, sir," he says as he moves to the back of the line. Jisung had no interest in having pizza again since he had it last night, but he couldn't let her think that he came in there just to learn her name.

On his way out of the pizza place, he dials his best friend's phone number with one hand, the other being occupied by a small pepperoni pizza. The phone rings twice before she finally answers the phone.

"Anjae, I found her!" Jisung says. excitedly over the phone. "That's great Ji... but who are you talking about?" his best friend inquires. "That's right, I never told you," Jisung proceeds to fill her in on all of the details, "and her name is Heeyeon." he finishes.

"hmm, Heeyeon..." Anjae ponders on the name. "That sounds very familiar but I can't think of why." She just shrugs it off instead of lingering on it anymore. "Well, I didn't get a chance to really talk to her about anything else because she was working, but maybe I'll come by more often. I really wanna get to know her."

"Wait, Ji are you ready for this?" Anjae asks in a worried tone. "I mean with what just happened with Chae." she elaborates. Jisung puffs his cheeks and slowly breathes out. He hadn't even considered that before trying to move on. "You're right...wanna discuss it over pizza?"

"Sorry, I can't. After you left this morning, we made plans to go to the movies." Anjae explained. "And didn't we just eat pizza last night?" she added.

"...yes we did. But I couldn't let Heeyeon think I was being creepy, so I pretended I needed to order a pizza." Jisung could feel Anjae's second-hand embarrassment through the phone. "Now I just need to find someone to share this pizza with."

After ending his call with Anjae, another friend of his pops into his mind. And he just so happens to live nearby.

"Jisung?" The boy is surprised by the unexpected visitor. "What are you doing here?" He stands in his doorway with a towel around his neck. His hair is wet like he just got out of the shower.

"Chenle, you could sound a little more excited to see me. I brought you a pizza! And...I need some advice." Jisung says scratching his neck.

"Jisung, I don't really like the fact that you showed up unannounced, but since you brought pizza I guess it's okay." Chenle takes the pizza from Jisung. "But, we need to talk about something first."

"Sure, what is it?" Jisung follows him inside. "You. What happened to our friendship man? It's like ever since school started, you've forgotten about me."

Jisung can't even say he's wrong. He knows he hasn't been the best friend to Chenle but he had a lot going on. He owed it to Chenle to at least let him know. Jisung proceeds to fill him in on the events that involved both Anjae and Chae.

Surprisingly, Chenle understood very well. Jisung wasn't sure why he was surprised, he knew Chenle has always been a very understanding person. Jisung continued to tell him what he needed advice on.

"So this girl delivered my pizza last night and I thought she was so beautiful. I didn't catch her name though, so I went to the pizza place today and learned her name." Jisung watched Chenle stuff a slice of pizza in his mouth. "Wait. You didn't buy this for me?" Chenle says, feigning hurt.

Jisung purses his lips and slowly shakes his head 'no'. "Sorry, man." Chenle just waves his hand in dismissal. "I didn't want her to think I was weird for just showing up to learn her name. I couldn't reveal my true motive."

"So...buying pizza twice in a row, is the smarter idea?" Chenle questions mockingly. "Right..." Jisung realizes how that may have been weirder than just leaving. He concludes that he actually should have waited a few days.

"All that aside, Jisung, if you think you're ready, go for it. That's my advice. It wouldn't hurt to wait a bit before making anything official though." Chenle grabs a cup and begins to fill it with water. "I think you should get to know her very well too before anything happens."

Jisung sits in silence, taking it all in. Chenle just sips on his water. "Thanks, Chenle, I owe you one."

"Don't worry about it, I just got a free pizza." Chenle and Jisung laugh together for the first time in a while. "And Chenle...I'm sorry for neglecting you. I should have been a better friend, that wasn't fair to you."

"Aww Jisungieee," Jisung cringes at the nickname. Chenle finds his reaction highly amusing. "You're good, dude. I promise. We're still cool." He reassures.

"Okay good, I'm not doing anything today. You?"

"Nothing. I just woke up, actually."

"Huh? Why?"

"I was busy all last night with homework. Math class has been kicking my butt." Chenle explains. Jisung nods. "I can help you if you need me to." Jisung offers. "...Thanks Jisung, but no thanks. I've seen your grades in math. Besides, it's not hard, it's just a lot of work." Jisung pouts at the comment. He believed he was good at math, but Chenle was right, it is a lot of work.

"Hey Jisung," Chenle calls out. Jisung looks up in attention. "You never told me her name." He says. "Oh right, her name is Heeyeon." The reaction that came from Chenle after that was more than unexpected. He bursted into a fit of laughter. The other boy just stared at him as his dolphin-pitched giggles filled the room.

"What's so funny?" Jisung asks, genuinely concerned for the boy in front of him who has now turned red from laughing so much. "Oh nothing," he wipes away tears. Jisung continuously bothers Chenle about why he was laughing but the latter refuses to tell him anything. Jisung found it strange but he chose not to press any further.

Chenle asks if Jisung would like to play basketball with him outside and even though Jisung's not the best, he still accepted. The two reunited friends spend the rest of the day playing basketball and catching up.

Cute Chenji chapter. You will be seeing more of this duo ; )

I can't remember if Chenle was in "SITS", but I wanted to include Chenji so bad.
