the decision

I wake up at about 730 and I have the urge to puke and Dalton isn't next to me so I hear the fan on in the bathroom and shower is running and the door is locked so I try to make it to the kitchen sink to puke but I don't make it to the sink in time and I puke on the floor and I start feeling weak and so I fall and I fall right in my puke and I feel sick to my stomach and so then I hear Dalton and he helps me into the bathroom and he starts the tub and then once the water is right he removes my clothes and washes my hair and my body he dries me off and we walk to our room and I just lay on the bed but I am feeling better so I get some clothes and I am getting a little big so some clothes aren't fitting so I put on some sweats and I notice my boobs are starting to get bigger so I put on a sports bra and a shirt then I put my socks on.

" babe, im feeling better that bath helped so thank you. this preganncy is different and I am feeling more weak with this pregnancy and I am feeling more depressed with this one so I have to decide what to do. Sandy noticed it the other day and told me that if I want to take maternity leave this entire pregnancy then they will pay me the entire time and it will be at 15 an hour since we are about to be at 15 after Christmas so I just have to decide what to do." I say

"well hun, with what I witnessed earlier I think you need to tell sandy you are gonna take her up because I cant have you getting sick and feeling like you did today so if you don't tell sandy then I will be making sure you are ok so when I get off ill be up there after work every day to check on you. I just want you to be safe and this baby to be safe so you need to decide. we also have the ultrasound later today about 230pm so we need to get ready for that soon too and we need to decide if autumn is coming or if dad is watching her." he says

"ok so I know how you feel about me working I need to talk to your dad about it because if not I will need to be around people cuz I am getting depressed with this pregnancy so dad might let me come over while you are at work or I can go spend time at grandmas if I decide to not work." I say

we get autumn dressed get her bag ready and we head to dads house and its like 1030 so once we get inside I sit down and I am feeling sick again so I go to the bathroom and puke and then lay on the couch and dad walks in to see me laying down not feeling good and so I sit up and he sits next to me.

" barb, you look sick as hell. are you sure you want to work this time around. I think you need to take that maternity leave because this is different with this baby and at this appointment they will be able to tell you if your having 2 kids or one. if not this one then the next one and I will watch autumn while you guys go." he says feeling this

he walks in the room with Dalton and I start feeling really tired so I pass out and Dalton wakes me up to get to this appointment because its like 125 and the appointment is at 230 we need to get there early so we can check in and be on time cuz of traffic so we head out and he drives and while on the way I fall back asleep and he wakes me up once we get there and we go to the third floor and check in and my shirt lifts up by accident and I go lay on the couch they have with my shirt still raised and I don't even care at this moment because I am sick and I need to sleep. so Dalton sits next to me and I lay my head on his lap and he sets his hand on my back and rubs it for me.

the doctor calls us back and I change into the gown and lay back but I have the urge to puke so I get down from the bed and go to the bathroom to puke and as im puking I hear Dalton talking to the doctor and I walk back in and I sit on the bed.

" you are what 3 months pregnant and your puking this much already and feeling this sick already and this big already. those things shouldn't be happening with you only 3 months pregnant." she says

I start getting worried so I lay on the bed and Dalton stands next to me and she turns the lights off and puts the gel on and moves the wand around.
