September 7, 1988

Stevie was rubbing her bump in the backseat of a hired car when Lori slid in next to her. "So what is this about?"

"We have to approve the new exhibit at the museum." Stevie sighs.

"How are you feeling?" She inquires.

"Well, I'm 22 weeks but I feel way further along." Stevie answers blowing out a breath.

"What is the new exhibit at the museum?" Lori asks.

"I don't know, it's something that my mom and Mick put together but we have to go approve it." Stevie shrugs shifting in her seat.

"You okay?" Lori looks at her.

"Yeah, the baby is just kicking a lot." Stevie nods.

"Oooh, can I..."

Stevie just nods and Lori leans over and places her hand on Stevie's stomach.

"I can feel it!" She gasps.

"Yeah, it  doesn't feel good." Stevie shakes her head.

"I can't wait until I have a baby?" Lori huffs.

"You will Lori. Someday you will." Stevie smiles.

"I hope so."

Stevie just laughs lightly and then lays her head on Lori's shoulder and Lori places her head onto her.

They climb out of the car, Lori first and then Stevie and as they walk up to the museum paparazzi are snapping pictures and Lori cocks an eyebrow at Stevie. She jus shrugs and they make their way into the museum.  There are cameras flashing everywhere and Barbara is stood posted in front of curtained off exhibit.

"What is this about?" Stevie asks going up to her mother.

"So I lied to you..." Barbara smirks.

"Oh?" Lori questions.

"You aren't here to approve the new exhibit. You're here to be surprised about the new exhibit." Barbara explains.

Lori and Stevie share a look and then the ceremony starts. Stevie not knowing what to do or say, just plants herself next to Lori and they share looks.

"Good Afternoon. Thank you all for being here. It's been five years since a new exhibit has been brought into the museum. The last exhibit that was revealed was an exhibit in remembrance of my late husband King Jess. In the last five years a new monarchy has taken hold. My daughter has taken the crown now and she is making the kingdom her own, and when my grandson takes over the kingdom, it will become his own. One of the first major things that Her Majesty, Queen Stephanie did, was she allowed my son to invite a non-noble woman into our family. Princess Lori is an amazing woman and I am so happy that she is apart of our family. But that never would've happened if it wasn't for my dear Teedee. With that being said, I'd like to unveil my own personal exhibit to the museum a look into the new monarchy."

Stevie and Lori shared a look as the curtain was dropped. Both of the women gasped when they saw the display that was behind them. It was right in the middle of the room and there was a sign above it saying The New Monarchy. In the exhibit which would be able to be seen on both sides was Stevie's wedding dress and a replica of Lindsey's wedding outfit. There was Lori and Chris' wedding outfits along with Stevie and Lindsey's maid of honor and best man outfits. There were pictures of the weddings as well as Stevie's coronation. There were personal pictures of the family.

One of Lindsey and Tucker throwing a ball in the backyard. One of Lori and Stevie squatted down behind William, holding onto him. There was one of Lori and Stevie posed much like they were in the car. Lori's head was on Stevie's shoulder, Stevie's head on Lori's head. There was Chris and Stevie acting like idiots on the couch. One of Lindsey and Christopher holding beer with sunglasses on their faces. There was one of Lindsey and Stevie, where Stevie was receiving a piggy back ride. Another of Stevie and Lindsey laid out by the pool. And the two that touched Stevie the most were recent pictures. They were from the cookout where Stevie announced her pregnancy. William was curled up on Stevie's lap sleeping. Lindsey was sitting next to her, his arm thrown over her shoulder. And Lori was cuddled up with Christopher.

Lori and Stevie were so totally awestruck, but Stevie somehow managed to choke back her sob and hug her mother before taking the microphone over. She was the queen if she didn't say anything it would have felt really wrong.

"Um wow, thank you so much. Lori and I had no idea that this was going to happen. We are absolutely thrilled beyond belief and I think we're both speechless...Um, These are some of our most favorite memories and moments and I'm so happy that they're now being shared with you.  Um, Lori..." Stevie looks to her sister-in-law.

"I've never actually given a speech before...I've been kind of hiding in the background. I just wanted to say that, um...I'm so grateful to the Nicks and Buckingham family for letting me join in. I'm not a member nobility and up until I decided I wanted to attend the courting ball, I never even thought about being apart of the royal family. I always thought that they were unreachable. But that's not the case. A lot of my friends, weren't happy with my decision to attempt to join the family via the courting ball and they wouldn't even agree to be apart of my wedding but Stephanie did. She made me feel so warm and welcome and I just I'm happy and I'm happy that we get to share these moments with you guys." Lori tries.Stevie hugs her tightly and the cameras go wild as the two woman hug.

Later that night after dinner, Stevie and Lindsey were curled up on the couch watching the news it covered the events of that morning especially showing the picture of Stevie and Lori hugging.

"What's that about?" Lindsey asks.

"We didn't have to approve the new exhibit. We were the new exhibit. My mom surprised us with an exhibit about us, what Lori and I, and I guess you and Christopher are doing for the monarchy.

"Well that was sweet." Lindsey chuckles as they turn their attention back to the television.
