You stepped into the room where Norman was, watched as he fell to his knees, unaware that you'd walked in. "Norman!" You called, rushing over to help him.

You crouched down next to him, as he gripped to the sink, clenching his other hand, bowing his head down as he barely choked out a sound that sounded like he was holding back tears.

"Norman, Norman, listen to me, look at me."

He reached his other hand up to wrap it around your shoulder, gripping, it didn't really hurt, Norman was always weak. You put your hand ontop of his. "Norman, c'mon quickly, I love you so you gotta listen to me."

"I'm gonna be- shipped out"- Norman struggled. "Emma"-

"She'll be alright. So will Ray and everyone else," you said, seriously, gripping his hand tightly. "You will too."

Norman looked up at you now. "I'm getting shipped out. We can't stop it."

"I know that," you said, looking him dead in the eyes. "And I'm saying you'll be fine."

"Don't try to delude me!" He yelled, voice quiet enough to make sure no one outside heard. "You know what goes on once I go past the gates!"

"Norman. Listen to me okay? I know it's hard to believe but just listen, okay?"

He paused for a second, still, before moving his hand from your shoulder. He'd stopped shaking and now sat on the ground patiently. He pat the ground, to have you sit down in front of him.

He took a deep breath before huffing out.

He composed himself. That was the Norman you knew.

"Alright. Tell me your secret."

"What- huh?"

He looked down in his lap. "I know you're different from us, like Ray. You have some reason to knowing the secret before us all, and it's not like Ray's reason. It's something different. It's not even rare is it?" Norman looked up at you.

"I bet it's crazy."

You grinned.

"You sure you can handle my level of crazy?"

"I'm confident."

"Okay... don't say I didn't warn you."
