"Krone left you something."

The sun was setting. Norman had went to the wall. You made eye contact with Isabella.

She knew, she always knew.

She looked down at her clock. You saw Ray suppress a grin, something you knew would be wiped off his face soon. Emma did that too, you didn't expect it from her. You pinched the back of their hands, and they hissed, getting the signal to try and look more monotonous.

As he came to view, they were taken aback.

Isabella looked content with the result.

Norman gave you a subtle look. You nodded slightly. He was following through.

"You think I'll live?"

"I'm 90% sure Norman. It's one of the clearest things in my memory. You just have to bet on that 10% chance to never happen. I promise you Norman," you grabbed his hand. "This is the best option."

You both sat in silence for a bit. "And you're sure? Everyone else will make it."

"Yes."

"And you have no clue what happens once you leave."

"Only what happens right after. And we'll all be fine through that, but everything else... I'm sorry, no."

"You don't even know if everyone else will be okay once we reunite? We reunite right?"

"Yes, that's how I remember finding out you were alive," you assured him. You grinned. "You're pretty tall Norman."

"Taller than you?" He asks, raising a brow cheekily.

"Well, hopefully I grow just as much," you said. "But probably."

"Does Ray get tall too?" Norman teased.

"Shut up," you giggled. "You know, I remember Emma hugging you real tight. Her face was in the crook of your neck"-

"Alright, alright. Looks like you have a clear memory." He sighed, looking up at the ceiling, holding back tears. "You really think I'm not going to escape tomorrow?"

"I know I said it's because of the story," you answered. "But I also know you really well.

I'm sure you won't."
