*knock knock*
I run down stairs from my room and open the front door. it must me sage I've missed her so much. I swing the door open and open my arms ready for a big hug.
"SAAAG-" I say before stopping
serenity?!?!?! what is she doing here! I push her back and step out of the house closing the door behind me.
"what are you doing here!" I say
"I came to surprise you duh my mom fell asleep so I thought I'd swing by" she says before leaning in.
I push her back. out of all times to come why now?!
"you have to leave this isn't the best ti-"
"well who's your friend jade?" my mom says with a smile happy that I've finally have someone else besides sage coming over.
"she's a friend...that leaving bye serenity!" I say trying to make serenity go away before my mom says anything else.
"oh noo we have so much food here how about serenity and sage come over for dinner" my mom says
"I don't really kno-" serenity says before my mom pushes her inside
"aww come on don't be like that" my mom says

15 mins later

here we are. at a dinner table with me my best friend and serenity. this is so awkward what do I even talk about. I look over at serenity and see shes starting to sweat. She but be getting nervous to.
"well how's the food" my mom asks everyone
"good" we all say
"amazing honey" Mike says.
ugh he's so annoying I roll my eyes in disgust. after we all finish eating me,sage and serenity put out plates in the sink and head upstairs to my room.
"so what should we do now?" I ask
"how about we watch a movie or something" sage says
"can it be horror?" serenity asks
"sure" me and sage say
*ding* sage gets a text
"UGHHH sorry jade my mom said I had to go home" she says looking disappointed
"what nooo!?! whyyy" I say
"she was me to babysit my little sister again" she says
"ok byee sage" I say feeling a bit sad she had to go.
I gave her a hug before she left and it became me and serenity. I climb into bed next to her still a bit upset she had to go.
"well should we pick a movie" serenity asks
"yea but can we maybe was a romance today?....but we don't have to if you don't want to" I say a bit nervous not wanting to make her upset at me.
"ofc we can...whatever you want jade" she says looking at me
my face turns a dark shade of pink and I turn the other way facing the tv hoping she won't notice. she lets out a chuckle and hands me the remote. I pick a romance movie that sage recommended to me a while ago and then get cozied up closer to serenity.
as we're watching a movie I feel a hand on my thigh. my heart starts pounding and I start getting a bit nervous. until she moves her hand and places it on my chubby cheeks making me face her and look into her gorgeous hazel eyes. she then gets close to my ear and whispers.
"I love you."
I get even more nervous then I felt before and my heat feels like it's about to explode.
"i-i love you to serenity"
she blushes a bit and smiles at me she then leans in and out lips connect. her lips out so soft I feel like we haven't had a special kiss like this in so long. this kiss feels more special and has made me feel the most happy. i open my eyes and see her face is more red then me from the check down to the ears then to the neck. I love her so much.
*click*
I stop kissing serenity and turn around to the door to see mike with a disgusting look on his face...........
