alone...?

Its almost the weekend and I totally forgot about spending the weekend with Seren. I grabbed my phone and call up Sage.

She comes over to my house and I catch her up about everything that's been going on

"Oh...I see" she says
"WHAT?!?"
"Y'all are gonna be alone...all weekend long..?"
she says looking at me funny
"WHATEVER YOU'RE THINKING ABSOLUTELY NOT...we aren't gonna have sex"
"Hey now I'm not the one who said it you did"

Are we gonna have sex? I know she's tried before but I'm just not ready especially they way she's been acting lately. She's lucky I even agreed on going.

"Whatever I just want to have some decent clothes so let's go shopping"

"Id love to buttttt I promised my boyfriend we'd go on a date"

"HOLD UP YOU HAVE A DATE?! Better yet a BOYFRIEND???! Since when were you gonna tell me this?!!! We've been all caught up on MY DRAMA what's been going on with you miss I got a boyfriend"

"Haha well it's not THAT much big of a deal..JOKES I don't know it all started really slow to be honest.

"WHAT UHH NO the thing is we haven't used the L word plus it's only been like two months things are still going slow we don't want to rush things you know"

"Are you implying me and Seren are rushing things?"

"WHAT NO...I'm just saying I want to enjoy the little things day by day"

"Sureee anyways I'm so happy for you though but what are we gonna do about my situation?! How the hell am I supposed to find outfits without you helping me you dress nice and always look nice. I actually don't remember the last time you had a bad hair day"

"Oh...uh I don't know I guess you'll just have to figure it out all on your own. I gotta get going. bye"

"Oh okay love you bye"

Is it just me or did she kinda get a little mad at me? Like I don't know what I did or anything but her facial expressions said it all...maybe I talk about myself too much that's why she didn't or wasn't able to tell me about her boyfriend because she felt as though she's the listener and Im the talker. Ugh I gotta stop doing this.

I try to go back to Sage and I open the door and lucky enough Seren is at the door.

"Hey uh what's up?" I ask

"UHH HELLO ITS THE WEEKEND ITS TIME FOR OUR SPECIAL WEEKEND!!" she says with excitement

"It's Friday"

"Yeah technically the weekend honey" my mom says from the other room

"Ughh mom what do you want"

"I want you to have a fun time with your girlfriend this weekend. And not worrying about anything else stress free."

"Thanks mom but I'm not even packed"

"Awe cmon you and I both know you won't be needing any clothes this weekend" Seren whispers

My eyes widen and my whole face turns red. Now thinking about it, we'll be all alone together sounds so relaxing and calming. Her holding me in her arms as I fall asleep. Watching movies together and her cooking again oh my. But damn does she really wanna have sex.

"Haha your funny..I thought we were leaving tomorrow that way I'll actually be ready physically AND mentally."

"Well what better way to start our trip earlier"

"Ugh fine just give me thirty minutes at least"
