Jeong-hyeok hastily grabs the car keys hanging by the door and bids farewell to Dan. His car's speed could possibly lead him to a speeding ticket. But who cares? He needs to make it back in time to catch Se-ri at the hospital. He knew she was about to leave. He put more force into the pedal.

As soon as he parks his car, he dashes thru the parking lot into the hospital building. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator. His mind filled with questions no one could answer except her. He rushed onto the 5th floor where Se-ri's clinic was located. He started knocking on the door.
"Eomma, I'm hungry, can we eat?" The cute little Chae-rin asks her eomma that was busy finishing something up.
"Yes love, go with auntie Yoona to the cafe downstairs, I'll be there in a few minutes. I have to finish this."
"Chae-rin-na, lets go?" Yoona asks. The two exit out the room, they're greeted by a shocked Jeong-hyeok that was still knocking on the door.
"Is Doctor Yoon still here?" Jeong-hyeok asks.
"Yes, she's in there." Yoona replies. "Why? Do you need anything?"
"I left something." He replies.
"Alright, I'll let you be." Yoona replies she glances to the little girl beside her and says. "Let's go?"
"Yes auntie!" Chae-rin glees. The two leave Jeong-hyeok be and leave.

"Who is knocking, goodness." Se-ri shrugs. "Come in please." She shouts.
"Se-ri, what's this?" Jeong-hyeok questions her while throwing the x-ray copy on her table.
"Mr. Ri, that's an x-ray copy." Se-ri tells him. But she knew why he was there, she knew he had seen the x-ray copy she had slid in earlier. She was nervous, her heart beating rapidly.
"Yes, I know it is Se-ri. But why is it from 5 years ago? Why does it state your name?" He aggravates his tone. "We're you pregnant when you left years ago?"
"Yes Jeong-hyeok!" She shouts. "Yes I was. I was pregnant when I left but I didn't have a clue, it was after we broke up a month later, that I found out. I'm sorry for not telling you. I'm sorry for not letting you see your daughter the moment she was born. I'm sorry for not allowing you to be with her. I'm sorry for losing you 4 years of your daughter's life. I'm sorry if I was to selfish." She breaks down in tears. "I was so confused that I brought her into this mess. I'm so sorry Jeong-hyeok. I understand if you wouldn't forgive me. I'm so sorry Jeong-hyeok." With all that's said she leaves the room and proceeds to head out crying her eyeballs out.
Jeong-hyeok tries to follow her, but when he came back to his wits Se-ri was no longer there. He understood how Se-ri would've thought. Of course she had initiated the break-up, she had kept their child from him. He knew how hard it was to be in that state of mind. He didn't want to see the woman he loved like that.
Though he didn't know where she'd be right now, his feet seemed to have a brain of its own. By now he was already on the rooftop of the hospital, there he spotted Se-ri. Sitting in a corner of the rooftop crying. He approaches her slowly not wanting to scare her. He reaches her and guides her to stand up.
"Se-ri-ya, why are you here?" He asks. "I'm sorry for earlier. I didn't mean to hurt you. I understand. I don't want to see you like this. I don't like seeing the woman I love like this come on, let's go." He hands his arm out
"How could you still love me Jeong-hyeok?" She questions him. "After I left you years ago? I never thought I'd hear that again Jeong-hyeok. Do you really forgive me? Are you s-"
