"Babe. Baby you up?"

Chris cooed into Karin's ear causing her to stir in her sleep. He noticed she wasn't waking up so he took the opportunity to plant quick kisses all over her face.

A warm smile spread across her face feeling his lips leave a trail from her eyebrow to her neck. Her long lashes fluttered open allowing the sunlight beaming through her bay window to blind her until her eyes adjusted.

"Oh look, you're up." Chris smile at his techniques working in his favor.

"Yeah I guess I am since someone doesn't know how to let me enjoy my beauty rest." Karin playfully rolled her eyes while gazing out the window. The way the sun rays shined through her blinds let her know it was well into the morning, maybe 10 o'clock at the latest.

Chris flipped her body on top of his resting his large hands on her waist as she struggled to balance having not fully woke up yet.

"If you get anymore beauty rest I'm going to get you a paper bag so nobody else can look at my gorgeous girlfriend but me." He grinned in his goofy cheeky way.

Karin smiled down at him but the smile quickly faded when her memory of last night flooded into her thoughts. She didn't know what Aaliyah was going to do with the information she received, or if she was going to do anything at all. All she knew is that she had to get out of this condo. For awhile.

She threw legs over Chris plopping them flat on the cold wood floor, springing up from the bed and swiftly made her way to the closet.

Items came flying out the closet door as she tried to find what she was looking for.

"Babe? What the hell?" Chris was confused at her abrupt actions, not understanding what was going on in this moment.

Karin finally pulled out a black and grey Dior duffle bag from under a pill of clothes she planned to get rid off. "Got it."

Chris wasn't able to see what was happening inside the walk in, but he could hear the rustling and mumbling Karin was doing. He was too lazy to get up and go see so he figured he would wait until she was back visible to him.

Karin unzipped the bag and threw snugging that looked nice inside. She then went over to the dresser opening the top draw to grab undergarments.

Finally she reappeared in the room dropping the bag on the floor and going inside the bathroom to repeat the same steps, loading up her makeup bag, and her hygiene tote.

Chris grinned to himself noticing her packing and assuming she was coming home with him. But it wouldn't be him if he didn't play dumb.

He hopped from the bed, strolling over to the bathroom and leaned on the door frame. "You going somewhere love?"

Karin looked into the mirror to make eye contact with him standing behind her before continuing what she was doing.

"I'm going to my boyfriends house if you must know." She smirked.

"Ehhh. You're boyfriend must have forgot to mention that he was going out of town this evening."

Karin paused and spinned around on her heels to face him, disappointment riding her face smoothing out her deep dimples in her cheeks.

"Wait what? How the hell could you forget to tell me that Chris?" She sucked her teeth brushing past him leaving the bathroom instantly.

The thing about Karin is that she has the hardest time controlling her emotions. Within seconds her mood can change and it's extremely hard for her to hide it.
