Here's part 2...

Peter wakes up on a roof not too far from the water. The sun is starting to set and there are helicopters and other boats swarming around the destroyed ferry. Peter looks up and realizes that the suit is still holding him. He orders it to put him down and it does so. Peter lays on the rooftop for a minute. Every last one of his muscles is burning and his suit is ripped. He pulls off his mask and takes a couple deep breaths. His phone is buzzing in his pocket and Peter almost doesn't answer it. Then he sees who's calling and immediately picks up.

"Kid? Are you alright?" It's Happy, his voice seeded with panic.

"I'm okay," Peter says, although he isn't completely sure, he's never done anything like that before.

"Good, Tony would kill me if you died." Happy's panic fades away and Peter feels hurt emotionally. The silence on the phone is louder to Happy until he sighs. "Tony would kill me," he continues. "But I wouldn't blame him, you sure that you're okay?" The concern and care is clear in Happy's tone and Peter can't help but smile.

"I'm just sore, that's all." This time Peter is more honest with his answer.

"Okay, if you think anything is wrong I want you to come straight to the Tower, but other than that take a few days off. Have fun, go to your dance, take a break from Spiderman," Happy suggests and Peter agrees. He hangs up the phone to let Happy get back to work, but he's glad to know the guy who drives and picks him up from school on occasion actually cares. Peter can tell he's ignoring some of what happened today but he thinks his advice is good, with his suit wrecked it was time for a needed break. If the Vulture showed up Peter would do what he could to stop him, but with the move there was no time to fix Karen and after today, he got the sense that the Vulture and his group would be taking a few days themselves.

Another Avengers seeing spiderman on the news and being unable to contact him scene.

Tony was pacing back and forth. All the Avengers were on a stake out, looking for one of their targets. He was supposed to be meeting someone at the cafe across the street, but Tony had lost focus. There was a TV visible and it was showing footage of a ferry torn in half only being held together by spiderman.

"Tony stop pacing, we need you focused when the target arrives," Steve orders, but Tony only gets annoyed.

"Do you not see the tv, Steve? Peter is in trouble, first the Washington monument and now this ferry, plus how is he expected to hold that boat together and save all those people. You could barely keep a helicopter from flying away."

"The kid is stronger than any super soldier." Bucky doesn't even glance away from his surveillance work as he speaks. Tony may have forgiven Steve and him, but they were not exactly the advice giving kind of colleagues.

"Peter is doing his best, and even if you were to jump in your suit and fly over there now, would it really make a big difference?" Wanda points out from her corner, where her and Vision are simply leaning on each other waiting till they're needed.

"Look Tony," Clint says. "He's using your Stark-bot things to help him, he's got it handled."

"I hate those things," Wanda mumbles and Natasha smiles at the younger Avengers' quiet defiance. Tony, although he did hear Wanda, just looked through the window at the tv screen, wishing he could help Peter. He was paying no attention to any of the actual people in the cafe like he was supposed to be doing, but how could focus till he knew the situation was handled? After some time Tony became anxious again.

"Barnes, give me your binoculars." Tony looked expectantly at Bucky, you still didn't move.

"I'm not putting the mission in jeopardy," he said back, and Sam laughed. "Why do you need them?" Bucky continued after a moment.
