Tattoos! 1- 39

You, Al, and Will wait until the girls are already up the pathway, and then Will smacks your arm. 

"Last one to the parlor has to pay for our tattoos," he crows, then sprints off.

"I don't even know where it is!" You shout after him, but whip off into the crowd, dodging Dauntless and stepping around the corners. Al thunders after you, and you pass Will, stranding him behind a group of Dauntless children. You burst into the tattoo parlor, breathless and gasping, rolling onto the side of the wall.

A thin man with a tattoo gun looks up. "Can I help you?"

You laugh breathlessly, holding up a finger and nodding. "Yeah. Yeah. Just... a moment."

Al sprints into the room a second later, and then Will.

"Well, that's ironic," Al says, and Will scoffs, shaking his head and slapping down his Dauntless points on the rugged wooden counter. 

"Three tattoos, please," he says, waving a hand and you and Al. "Whatever these two crazies want." 

"I'll take a spider," Al says, nodding and pointing to one across the room.

You glance around the room. It's decorated. The air feels close and warm, and the walls are covered with drawings and spray-painted art. You're drawn to two drawings in particular- a simple compass and a dauntless symbol.

"What'll it be?" Will says, grinning and crossing his arms. He's still breathing hard.

"What are you getting?" You ask. 

Will pretends to brush off his sleeves. "Well, if you must know, I'm getting a lightning bolt. You know, cause-" he flexes his arms, "the real power's inside of me and all that."

"That's cool," you say, smiling. "I think I'm going to get..."
