It's been three years of traveling for the summer months and working at the shop for the other times. Caleb has grown into a spitfire of a toddler but I can't help but to think his attitude is cute. He's a spitting image of Carter when he was 3 years old. I'm still grateful for my little boy regardless of the circumstances that brought him here.
Weston and I have been strong the last three years and have only fallen harder for each other. My family has been growing as well here lately. My first summer on the tour, Dean had proposed to Lacey and they got married a year later. They didn't waist much time since they had already been dating for what felt like years and just two months ago, Lacey announced that they were expecting which meant I was finally going to become an aunt.
Carter proposed to Val last Christmas and they built a house about 10 minutes from ours. Noah had left to go to school which resulted with him and Gia breaking up but while he was away, he met a wonderful girl in Florida named Chloe. For valentines last year he gave her a promise ring so I'm sure, anytime now and they will be engaged.
As for me, Weston and I were so busy touring and then raising Caleb that we decided to wait until Caleb was a little older to get married. I started planning the wedding a few months ago and at this minute, I'm sitting in the dressing room getting my hair and makeup fixed.
Wes and I decided to get married in the wedding venue in town. It was an old building that they fixed up and made the inside beautiful. We'd be standing up front in front of windows that over looked a river.
"You're all done." The hair stylist told me. I had decided on a half up half down, curly hair style. I went with light makeup for the day as well. My dress was tight up too and flowed out at my knees. The lace designs covered the top and around the bottom.
Caleb was our ring bearer/flower boy. There was no one in our family with a girl around his age so we decided to have him do both. He was wearing a black suit with a dark maroon bow tie which was the same thing that Weston would be wearing.
"5 minutes until you have to walk down the aisle." My mom told me and I nodded. She's has been a crying mess all morning and has caused me to keep having to get my makeup redone from making me cry.
