The Boss

At the moment I am in the back of a car handcuffed to the backseat while this guy drives me to who knows where. I looked around the car and saw that there was absolutely no way out of here. Damn so much for trying to fight my way out of his grasp.

I gave this guy a broken nose and yet he is still persistent on taking me to who knows where. Worst part is even if I did escape I would be in more danger than before. I don't know where I am. Haven't been outside in a long time.By how pale I am , I'll look like a real outcast. "Who are you?" I asked glaring at the back of the guys head. He managed to take off my hoodie, which pissed me off.Now I'm stuck wearing a tank top and cargo pants. "You should stop talking little girl before I leave you on the side of the road." I sighed then tried to make out what I was seeing outside. Seemed like we were on a bridge that was overlooking flat ground. I quickly looked away seeing how high up we were.

'It's your first time out since forever, so it's probably normal' I told myself.

I tried to calm myself down with slow breathes and happy thoughts.  This was going to be long ride.

It has now been four hours and we are still driving. So far I had three minor panic attacks, seven naps, and six karaoke sessions. Each time being told to shut up. Yet I was having fun. I even cracked a smile on this guy. All I said was his boss is a real perverted scumbag that should die by food poisoning.

By the time the car stopped I was laying in the back seat, in an unnatural position. Once the driver got out, I sat up and waited for him to get these cuffs off me but all he did leave me sitting there. I shrugged it off and laid back down humming out my favorite song. I closed my eyes and pictured me walking along a burning building. I imagine myself leaning over until I start falling. The feeling seemed to be a good one at the time. Feeling the air hit my skin as I look out seeing the flames get higher, and burn wildly. It seemed like I could touch the flames and it would only burn brighter. Then I feel my body hit the ground. Feeling nothing but euphoria while watching rain start to pour. Each drop extinguishing each part of the building.

I was pulled back into reality as someone opened the door and the outside air hit my skin. I opened my eyes slowly and turned my head only seeing a guy's pant leg. I sat up and looked out the door but was restrained by the cuffs. " um.. can I be free now?" I asked the guy. All he did was scoff. " little girl, with your strength, you could've broken them a long time ago". I looked down at the cuffs and back at the guy. What the fuck is he even talking about? I tried to pull my arms apart but all I did was make my wrist red. "Dude,I seriously can't do shit" I sighed. "Thinking like that, well then sure you can't. I can tell you haven't done anything with your abilities." He said. This guy was getting on my nerves.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT!?" I yelled in his face. I was outside now all up in the guy's face. I was too caught up in what he said that I didn't realize I broke myself free from the cuffs. "There you go, now let's go introduce you to your  boss". I looked down at my wrist which was perfectly fine, apart from the cuffs with small chains  dangling from them both. " wait, hold on a minute, what do you mean "boss" I don't work for anyone!, and to think we are done arguing about that shit you just-".

"Little girl, I wouldn't push my patience, I'm the only one who was willing to come get you from the car, I would appreciate it if you left it at that".

I looked at him stunned by how he seemed so authoritative and yet still having a boss himself.

During the walk up the building stairs I ignored the guy who was mumbling nonsense to himself. Instead I was looking around at the scenery. We were in a city, a very large one actually. By the time we got to where we needed I was to mesmerized by the outside. I didn't notice I was being introduced to my so called boss until I finally looked away from outside. A tall man was in front of me now,  showing me his back. He didn't look at me when he was talking.

"Hello Aileen, please to meet you. I'm Mr. Terrance, your parents work for me. I was told your dad didn't want you so I'm taking you in." He said expressionless.

" um thanks I guess, but why?" I said in a bit of a rush.

" Becuase your exactly what I need, your going to be training here until I decide you are ready".

I eyed this guy like he was crazy.

" what do you need me for?".

" oh many thing little girl, now why don't you go change?, we will be starting the training today".

I was forced to turn back around and nudged to the stairs again.

" oh and by the way"

" call me boss".

I scoffed and looked at him. If anything I should call him crazy.
