A/N: Just a warning this chapter will be somewhat dark (kidnapping, controlling,  cause you know the main character always has to have some trauma lol.

-------------------------------------------------------------

After watching Todoroki walk down the hall I decided that maybe it would be best to just call it a day. After all the stress dinner didn't even seem like something to be thinking about, I could go without it for one day. I dragged my bag of stuff into the room to see a bed in the middle with a closet across from it. Also some simple curtains covering a door that led out to a balcony. The room had no decor, but that was something that could always be added later, it was a nice room the way it was however. There were already sheets on the bed so I didn't have to go bother Todoroki even more than I assumed I already had. Instead I decided to grab my tooth brush and pajamas and head towards the restroom.

After finishing my nightly routine I headed back towards where my bed sat and dropped my stuff on the small night stand next to it. I hopped lightly onto the mattress to test out how it felt. It felt a little more stiff than my own bed, but my mattress at home was worn down from years of use so that was of little surprise. The pillows were comfy enough though, and after some tossing a turning trying to fall asleep in the unfamiliar room I finally drifted off into darkness.

Todoroki after finally hearing complete silence from the now occupied room in his house assumed you must have gone to sleep early. He thought back on the things he said, and even if he knew they were out of anger he couldn't bring himself to apologize. He knew he was being harsh and the fact you went to sleep without eating anything and at such an early hour somewhat concerned him. However he brushed it off assuming you may have a weird hour shift for patrol or something which was none of his concern. All he cared about at the moment was the fact that you were moved in and they could tell the Commission the first benchmark was met and you guys at least had your licenses until the next deadline appeared.

He had no interest in any of the Commission's outlandish ideas, and had spent the entire day before you arrived attempting to find some loop hole or a way to convince the public that this wouldn't work well for all heroes, at least trying to get himself out of it. He thought about lying about health or circumstances that would exempt him from their little social experiment, but he knew they would most likely dig into any and all medical records. Hell, they probably already had, it seemed like they've been planning this for awhile not just something in the last few months. He thought back to his time at U.A and the media always putting emphasis on the potential his year held, even through the bad times, they always recognized the class's power.

The more he thought the more angry he became, the conclusion he came to was that they had waited until they had graduated to spring this on them. They didn't issue the announcement until they were sure all the heroes they wanted involved would fit in their bizarre legal requirements they managed to put in place. He also tried to find away he could convince the Commission to just sign him out of this little experiment. He knew why they put him with you before Bakugo, he was already a duel quirk wielder, and a child with three quirks would be unbelievably powerful. The thought of them trying to force multiple future generations into family situations similar to his own childhood infuriated him. He refused to get asucked back into the way things were growing up just with the roles different. He did not want to be the cause of pain like his father was.

Through this thought process he determined he would make this difficult for everyone around him until someone caved. Whether in the end he gave up or the Commission gave up their control over his life something was going to give, and as terrible as it sounded in his head he didn't care who would be collateral damage in the moment as long as he could manage to stop the nightmare for as many heroes as he could.
