Aizawa's P.O.V
"No" Todoroki said taking me by surprise. Other than Endeavor he hardly ever talked back to anyone.
"Todoroki you know how this works. So lets be quick and have our one on one talks then we can all go back to our happy lives and I can take a nap."
"I said no. With all do respect sensei, I don't think we should have one on ones I think it should be done as a group." I noticed the determined glint in the boy's normally neutral resting face along with the slight shift closer towards (L/N). Interesting, very interesting indeed.
"Not your call Todoroki you know the rules," I thought for a moment seeing what type of relationship had developed, "(L/N) you go first come on" I moved towards the other room only to see the four completely unmoving along with Todoroki holding the girls hand. Seems something has actually started between the two. "Fine, then I need you all to tell me what happened together."
"Hasn't Deku told you what happened already?" Bakugo stated from where he had been silently sitting the whole time, which is an unusual thing in itself.
"He told me what happened after they showed up, we know nothing about before." I stated.
"Sure you don't because you totally don't have the two hospital reports on the incident do you? Oh wait yes you do because that's how this works. You have more than enough evidence why do you need statements." Bakugo shot back quickly.
"Wait Bakugo, what do you mean two? I only got Kaminari's injury report. Which one of you got injured?" I questioned unsure why I was lacking evidence in the file.
"Because I told them to not let you see it." (L/N) stated.
"Excuse me?"

And here we go I know this is just going to turn into another fight, but I don't really want to explain what happened and it seems the boys aren't too keen on sharing with the class either. So, it looks like I'll have to come clean and tell the officers that Aizawa is allowed to see the file now. It was easy enough to trick some new cops into believing because he was so close to the injured parties he shouldn't be allowed to see that evidence. Which is honestly probably partially true in this case, he would get mad.
"I was in the hospital with injuries along with Kaminari. The proof in my folder is enough they probably told you it was not in an attempt to get statements as back ups just in case but I'm not saying anything about what happened. Look through my file if you wish but I will not be talking about recent events." I finished.
"Sensei, everything is there and some extra don't worry about statements and if you really need one pull the trauma card." I heard Shoto speak from next to me trying to get me out of the uncomfortable conversation.
"Very interesting of you to be so willing to share this information with me now. I'll ask once, why on earth was I not notified of the situation immediately? I am one of your emergency contacts (L/N)." Aizawa questioned seeming to get more frustrated by the minute.
"Because I am her primary contact now... and seeing as I was uninjured and already present there was no need to contact you." I heard Shoto mutter from beside me. I knew that was a mistake the moment it was said out loud and the feeling was only confirmed when I glanced up to see Aizawa visibly angry.
"Oh getting smart with me now are we Todoroki?" Aizawa questioned with a sarcastic tone. "Bakugo, Kaminari, you can go. If I need anything else I will contact you later."
Before leaving the two glanced at Todoroki and I making sure we were all right with the situation, which I will have to thank them for later. It was reassuring to know that if we needed it they would back us up. I nodded to the two as they stood to leave, but not before both of them stated they would wait outside so we could all hang out after. After the short interaction I glanced back to Aizawa to see the angry and disappointed look across his face. I knew it would be better to not say anything and let him control where the conversation goes so I would be less likely to fall into dangerous territory. But only then did I notice that Shoto had taken a hold of my hand discretely in a show of support and that action alone had me relaxing and smiling slightly.
"So clearly I will not be getting the full story until I read the fills about this incident, so want to tell me why I am not your first emergency contact anymore? I thought we agreed that it would be the most logical course of action. Along with that any reason you two seem particularly close? Last time I checked you had little interest in being around each other in anyway that could possibly be seen as a couple?" Aizawa questioned getting straight to the point.
"First off, I can answer all those questions in one go, so Shoto and I are dating now. The Commission doesn't know we are actually interested in one another at this point so we are keeping it secret while we try to expose them. We don't want them to think their little scheme is working. As for the emergency contact, well same reason. We have to keep up appearances so it makes sense for Shoto to be my first contact sorry Mr. Aizawa." I said feeling slightly guilty for not keeping him in the loop.
"You know what I'm not even going to get into the dating thing because I am too tired to process that at the moment. But as far as the Commission goes, please do not do something foolish. It is not good to end up on their bad side while they still have the favor of the public. As an underground hero, there's a reason we aren't involved with the commission much at all, and that's because it's easier to stumble across something you shouldn't. So please don't go looking for problems."
"So we should wait for the problems to find us then?" I questioned knowing that put him in a difficult position.
"What I am saying is don't do this unprepared. Do the research, find the proof, get the support. You can't take down power without power. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same type of power, but remember sometimes it's brain over brawn or playing the long game. Just know if you start this you better not lose kid." Aizawa says seriously.
"Don't worry..." Shoto spoke up.
"We don't plan on losing or going down without a fight."
