Chapter 2- The village hidden in the leaves

-Haruka's POV-

so after being questioned about minor things like name, age, and etc. I got my things back! " so before I go where am I exactly? And why are there ninjas here?" he chuckled and gave me my answer " this village my dear, is Konohagakure, the village hidden in the leaves and there are ninjas here because this is a shinobi village" I hummed " okay... But why do you call it hidden in the leaves? You're not even surrounded by leaves." one again he chuckled at my question " it is because the village is surrounded by huge trees that makes us hidden to other villages." " so there are other villages? cool! I am beginning to like it here. Thanks old man!" I was about to get out when he asked me an interesting question " would you like to join the academy and learn the shinobi ways?" I froze and looked at him if he was serious- which he was- I gave him a grin " are you kidding me? of course I want to!" " alright Ibiki will escort you to your apartment, here is your key and allowance for this month. I will give you your allowance every month until you can earn your own money. The graduation will be three months ahead so you have to catch up" he gave me the key and allowance and we went out.

Ibiki and I was walking silently until we stopped in front of a convenient store. I raised my brow in silent question " you'll need food right? so go in and buy something with your money" I nodded and went inside. I didn't really have to use the money the hokage gave me cause it was the same as the money I carry. I got everything that I needed fruits, vegetables, meat,and fish and some seasonings I might need like salt, pepper, soy sauce too and many more. I was lucky that Ibiki was still there so he helped me carry all the bags, the next store that we stopped by was a clothing store.

I went inside and picked the clothes with the exact material as what I'm wearing now and with the same design, so literally I have identical clothes. I went to the counter and paid, we stopped at the weapon shop and entered, I looked at every weapon that was inside the store and tried them. "hoho~ is been a long time since I had a female costumer at my shop." I looked at the man in the counter and he was watching me "I thought this was a ninja village? aren't there any female shinobis here?" I asked. "Well actually the girls would just let their parents buy their weapons" I hummed and went back to picking weapons. " You seem to know what weapon to buy, why is that? " Ibiki asked and I sighed giving him a deadpan look. I shook my head and asked him instead " Hey what are these weird papers? And how many are there in one pack? " Ibiki looked at me then to the papers I was holding. " those papers are bombs and there are 50 in each pack I guess." He said " what about those scrolls, other than writing?" I asked

" those are also for sealing big things you are unable to carry" I hummed and took 10 scrolls, 10 packs of paper bombs, 50 sets of kunais and shuriken, a hundred senbon needles, two pairs of black fingerless gloves and a book that was about how to handle different kinds of weapons.

" okay! I'm done so how much? " I asked the guy hummed and said " it'll be 6,500 ryo but I'll give you a 50% discount since I see that you'll be here for more weapons someday" I blinked and said " you don't really have to, since I'll just be your ordinary costumer" but he insisted so I paid half the original price. After paying we headed to where my new home was.

We walked in silence for a couple of minutes until I broke it "Ibiki... Are all the villagers here as nice as that man from the weapons shop?" I asked looking straight ahead. " Maybe, not all people are good" I chuckled at the last part he was right not all people are good, some are evil and some are just faking everything. We arrived at my new home, I opened the door and saw that it was already furnished. I placed the things we bought to the counter and checked the whole place out, it nice, it wasn't too gloomy or too bright. It has that warm atmosphere, unlike the mansion. " Well my job is done here so I'm off. Here's the map of you ever get lost, this is where you live and this is the hokage tower...." he said pointing where places were.

I went to bed after placing everything where it should be, and after taking a bath. I looked at the picture frame at my bedside table and sighed, it was the picture of me, Hiro, and Kil at the garden, the day when we were playing hide and seek. Hiro looks exactly like me, that's obvious cause we're twins, we wear the same thing only difference was he wears a normal white t- shirt, mine just reaches from above my stomach. Kilburn has black messy hair that matches his purplish brown eyes, he always wears his white capris shorts with his black sweater. I sighed and thought for a few moments. I thought of what happened and where I am, I came to a conclusion that I travelled to another world where ninjas exists. ' Well at least no one will know my background. This will be my new beginning,I wish the both of you were here'
