"Go easy on me, baby,
I was still a child,
didn't get the chance
to feel the world around me,
I had no time to choose,
what I chose to do."
-Easy On Me, Adele.-
Third Point of View
Seconds turned into hours, and days turned into weeks. It's been, God knows how long since she has been here. Mary Jane.
With everything happened from little memories to big traumas, they get older day by day as she is stuck in a loop of the same old with a mansion full of criminals— She doesn't seem to mind that, though.
Even after everything so horrific, she smiles, that girl.
So innocent and so oblivious. So idiotic, that girl.
But, for how long?
There she goes, sprinting in the garden of her Criminal's property. She smiles ever so brightly at the sunlight booming in her face, her eyes squinting shut.
"Mary Jane,"
She is still in her own little world, the smile slowly fading, however.
The voice calls out again, "Mary Jane?"
She turns to look at the interrupter with a small frown on her face, "Hm?"
Marco shoves his hands in the pocket of his black trousers as cold wind blows by, "Vincenzo is in the car, waiting..." He trails off, his eyebrows narrowing. Though, before he could have a chance to say anything else, Mary Jane nodded lightly in realization as though she remembered something, and made her way quickly to the front gate. Where he was waiting for her.
Vincenzo.
And they drove off to have yet another beautiful evening under the cold breeze.
Her, and her Captor.
Strange.<————>
Mary Jane's cold fingertips gripped onto the freezing railing of the balcony as she stared into the dark sky in awe. It's so beautiful. She thought to herself
"You're so beautiful." Mary Jane tore her eyes off of the darkness of the sky and met a pair of bright blue eyes, glossy under the moonlight, staring right into her face. Her eyebrows rose to the compliment as she observed it and her lips formed into a smile. It wasn't long before the sky yet again caught her attention and she looked back at the tiny stars surrounding the Moon. The sight so beautiful it could melt a person into sleep within seconds, the breeze so cold yet cozy, so pretty—
yet her mind repeated his compliment, 'You're so beautiful.' An invisible giggle slipped past Mary Jane's shivering lips as she internally laughed at the giddy feeling inside of her. Compliments from a person like Enzo just seemed so... genuine.
