*KATES POV*

Everyone was whispering about who or what they thought was downstairs that took Pete and Nat do go down for "were back, everythings fine" Pete says as the door swings open to reveal him, Nat and a blonde woman who looked around nats age maybe slightly younger. Everyone had grabbed the closest thing to defend themselves from this apparent stranger. The woman stood forward to speak "hi I'm yelena and I'm nats sister" (I know they're not actually related that's just the best way to describe them) everyone put their "weapons" down as she went around shaking everyone's hand except Tony who refused "tones, play nice she won't kill you" he crossed his arms and looked into yelena's eyes "it took months before you would go anywhere without a knife somewhere on your person, how do I know she won't kill me when I turn away for one second!?" before anyone could say anything yelena grabbed his arm and put it to hers into a "forced" handshake "nice to meet you too" she said before sitting down as If she's been here for years. Pete sat down next to me and intertwined our fingers as we watched TV while occasionally answering questions from yelena "where will I sleep?" was the last question before she stopped, me and pete shared a look and nodded "you can always take my room" I say "no, no, no, you don't have to, I can sleep on the sofa" she protests but I insist and she eventually agrees "where will you sleep though?" Steve says as he backs away from the kitchen "also we might wanna order take out, I messed this up" I laugh at Steve before Pete speaks up "she can sleep in my room, not in the same bed, I can set up a sleeping bag and she can sleep in that" I feel slightly disappointed but remember it's probably too early in our relationship to sleep in each others bed everyday "good idea, has anyone, seen Clin-" Tony is interrupted by a water balloon that hits him straight in the face "prank War!" Clint voice echos as he drops from the vents looking like rambo but with prank equipment "what's a prank war?" yelena says as we hide behind the sofa "it's a thing Clint does sometimes to annoy us, don't kill him just embarrass him" Pete says as Clint fires water pistols as anyone he can see "no fair!, my suit isn't prepared yet" Tony says as Nat uses the table between the two tables as cover. Yelena grabs me and pete by the shoulder so we can make a plan "Pete you go left, Kate go right and ill distract him while you take his two water gun things" we nod as I go right occasionally hiding under furniture to avoid Clint throwing a water balloon at me. I see Pete on the other side opposite of me and gives me a thumbs up, I grab one of clints water pistols as Pete grabs the other but Clint grabs his arm making him shoot at yelena instead "I'll be in the other room drying myself" she says walking off. I throw the pistol in my hand at Pete who sprays Clint in the face which made him grab his eyes. We
Move away from Clint and hide behind the table that Tony and Nat were positioned under "Pete, can you get me the arc reactor from upstairs and get Nat some glitter bombs" Pete nods while I say "ill go get some trick arrows" I say before running up yo my room to get my bow, arrows and quiver. I come back down and see Clint throwing water balloons at Tony and Nat. I shoot a putty arrow (the purple stuff from ep 3 of hawkeye idk what it's called) which traps his legs in place so he can't move, Steve appears from behind Clint and grabs his arm to keep him in place as Pete comes down with the reactor and glitter bombs "I managed to find some of clints stuff too" he says holding a few small water balloons in his hand, I grab one and throw it at Clint but it doesn't break so I shoot a regular arrow at it which makes it burst causing Clint (and Steve) to be drenched in water "no fair, I'm one person, you've got 5 people on your team!" Pete throws a water balloon at Clint but misses and hits Steve Square in the face "sorry!" Steve got took the balloon of the ground and slammed it straight onto clints head "ok, ok, I give up" he says putting his hands up and taking his prank equipment off.

*PETERS POV*

After Clint surrendered and dubbed us the Kings and Queens of pranks we tidied our mess and sat in the sofa to watch TV "I'm back" aunt lena said as she opened the door and sat on a chair next to me and Kate. Tony ordered Chinese after Steve said he'd messed up dinner. We had waited 15 minutes until the food arrived. After we ate we put the second kinsman film on since Kate hadn't seen it and aunt lena found the actor on the front of the dvd cover attractive. After the film I felt kates head fall on my chest she was lightly yawning, I gently lifted her up so I could get up, I went into a cupboard and found a sleeping bag for her to sleep in, I put it at the foot of my bed and went down to get her "hey bab- Kate, cmon you need to get up" I mentally face-palm at what I nearly called her, I get a small "mmm" from her as a response. I pick her up bridal style and carry her to my room, aunt lena right behind me since she was now in kates room. I opened my door and gently lowered Kate down onto the sleeping bag, she wakes up slightly and pulls herself into the sleeping bag as I get into bed "hey uh Kate?" I say as her head appears at the bottom of the bed "mhm" she says rubbing her eyes slightly "when I picked you up earlier to bring you here I nearly called you babe, you don't mind right?" I say feeling my cheeks go bright red "no, not at all, I actually quite liked it" she said giving me a sweet smile "OK then, night babe, love you" I put my head on my pillow and already start drifting off "love you too" Kate says as we both fall asleep.
