*PETERS POV*

It wax quite early in the morning, me and Kate where chilling in the living room until Fridays voice appeared "Mr fury is outside" we look outside the window and see him strolling up to the compound, I walk outside to greet him while Kate stays inside "hey nick" I say as he walks over to me and hugs me "good to see you" he says pulling away as we walk in together, we walk through and he sits down while I offer him a drink "yeah a glass of water would be nice" I make his drink and set it beside him as I sit down with kate and intertwine our fingers "how've you two been?" he asks sipping his drink "we've been good, you?" Kate says "tiring" he says as the other avengers come down trying to look as if they hadn't just woken up "y'know you coulda waited until were all up to visit nick" Tony says practically magnetised to the coffee machine "good to see you too Tony" he says as a nock at the door alarms us "it appears Mr Leeds and miss Jones are here" I quickly get everyone to chill before going out to greet ned and mj.

*KATES POV*

"its great to see you again" mj says hugging me "you too" I say as ned sits down trying to not act scared around fury "it's alright, I won't harm you" fury says as ned sits down but still wary of fury, Pete sits next to me and I press a quick kiss to his cheek "what does everyone feel like doing?" Clint says you guessed it hanging from the vents "guys?" I say gesturing towards ned and mj "have a party?" ned says before muttering "that's a terrible idea, they'll probably kill you" Nat spins him round and says "that sounds like a great idea" she says "I'll supply the alcohol, wait everyone here is old enough to drink right?" Tony says taking out some bottles of alcohol from somewhere "I'll invite some more people" Pete says taking out his phone to call some people "me and Kate can handle decorations" Clint says chucking me my new bow and a few arrows labeled "for parties only" I chuckle before Steve says "ned and mj can you get things like snacks and any non-alcoholic beverages for any younger guests that join" he says reaching into Tony's jacket pocket to fish out his credit card "his card number is 4465" (rdjs b-day) he chucks the card at ned who looks at awe at the card "yes sir" ned says saluting before leaving to get the needed supplies "I'll find the board games for people to play" yelena says "I'll see if loki would like to join" thor says before going outside and travelling to asgard "I'll make sure you idiots don't blow everything up" fury says "we'll help Kate and Clint put up the decorations" wanda says grabbing Bruce by the arm "I don't get a choice do I?" he looks at wanda who shakes her head "let's do this then" he says rubbing his eyes

*PETERS POV*

(BTW I chose the game versions of the guardians cause tbh I like those versions more than the film versions)

I quickly take break from texting and poke my head through the door "Quill told me to let you guys know he's supplying the music" I get a quick "cool" from Clint who was firing different decoration arrows with kate.

Scott We're having a party wanna come?

*15 minutes later*

I walk back in and see the entire compound covered from head to toe in decorations, I walk behind Kate and hug her from behind before kissing her neck "that's a nice surprise" she says spinning round and having a very short make out session "we're back!" ned says holding tons of bags of snacks and drinks "OK, tell me the damage" Tony says "this stuff was 950 dollars" I could practically see the grey hairs growing on Tony "this better be the party to end all parties then" he mutters to himself before going back to whatever he was doing. I see mom plugging in a speaker so Quill could connect his music to later, I sit on the sofa next to fury whose drinking a small glass of alcohol, Kate does the same and rests her head on my shoulder as I play with a strand of her hair "should I invite Jack?" she says looking at my eyes "sure, just warn the others about his sword addiction" I say which makes her laugh, she kisses me before going to call jack.

*KATES POV*

After I called Jack I realised it was 18:35 in 1 hour and five minutes everyone would be arriving, I go to mine and petes room and put on the suit from that auction, I hear a knock and hear petes voice "can I come in?" I open the door and he walks in "you look stunning" he says making a blush creep up my cheeks "thanks" I say pulling back the sleeves of the suit to my elbows. He takes off his shirt which reveals scars from past patrols "they're not that bad" he says I feel really bad for staring "I'm sorry" I say looking at the floor "it's ok" he puts on his shirt and a jacket and a tie before doimg a little spin "ta-da! What do ya think?" I look at him from head to toe before making a verdict "amazing" (pun intended) we wait till the party begins to go down "let's go shall we" he says outatreching an arm for me to loop my arm through "we shall" I say in a bad posh accent as we head to the party downstairs.
