Districts

District 1: Luxury

District 2: Masonry, but also manufactures weaponry, makes trains, and supplies the nation's peacekeepers. The main military complex in the district is known as the Nut. Citizens of District 2 are sometimes called "Pets" of the Capital. They are the biggest supporters of the Capital and therefore are prepared and given many convenience.

District 3: Technology. General and many toes technology of most of The Capital. They also make automobiles and firearms. Their tributes are skilled with electronics.

District 4: Fishing. Most citizens in the district has experience making nets and know how to use a trident, making fish hooks from scratch, highly skilled in swimming and identifying many kinds of sea life.

District 5: Power.

District 6: Transportation.

District 7: Lumber. Many of its residents have experience with hatchets, axes, saws, and other tree cutting tools. The children in this district work at an early age.

District 8: Textiles. This district has a factory to make peacekeepers uniforms. They also have a factory to make future tribute uniforms, outfits for the tribute parade, and they make the outfits when the Victor wins. They also have a school on how to make clothes.

District 9: Grain.

District 10: Livestock. This district produces food and nutrition for The Capital and it's citizens. Mostly they produce meat from cows, many version's of milk, cheese, yogurt.

District 11: Agriculture. Orchard and fields of grain and cotton surround the district. Mostly everything grown is shipped to the Capital. One of the poorest districts second compared to District 12. Ironically most of the citizens of this district are malnourished. And the most strictest from the peacekeepers in the district.

District 12: Mining. They produce coal. The district is the poorest of all of the districts.

After the second rebellion District 12 was destroyed by The Capital using firebombs. Less then 900 people escaped. At the end of the second rebellion District 12 started to rebuild, but took several decades to rebuild.

District 13: Graphite, nuclear. District 13 was one of the original 13 districts in Panem. It's main industry was nuclear weaponry.

District 14:

District 15: former state of Alaska,

District 16: located in the former country of France. District 16 produces perfume, fancy clothes for Capital citizens,

District 17: location north of Panem the former country Canada, now called District 17. This district is divided into seven sectors. They produce food like syrup,

District 18: South of Panem the former country of Mexico District 18. This district is provides food, clothing,

District 19: is located on a small island located 1,800 miles in the Pacific Ocean on the west coast near Districts 4, and 5. District 18 is mostly a military base for the peacekeepers in defense for foreigner attacks on Panem. But also provide's vacation resorts for wealthy Capital citizens and Capital leaders. The people living in that district help produce tourist merchandise and run hotels for Capital leaders.

District 20: former country of Australia,

District 21: former country of Japan,

District 22: in a land that was once part of the United States Alaska, District 21.

District 23: former country of Russia, its one of the largest districts in the Capital.

Many Capital citizens where hesitant that this new land was put into a new district from his scary and sketchy history during the American era. But the Capital reminded citizens that history is long ago and many of its citizens won't rebel and the people living in that district is harmless.

District 24: former country called China, District 24 produces coal and minding to help with the minding economy since District 12 was taken over by rebels. After District 12 was reformed, the Capital took a large number of people out of District 24 to put in District 12.

District 25: former country of Italy,

District 26: former country of Brazil, after the 108 hunger games the games here ended by rebels and took the winner to the former country of Brazil.

Soon when the Capital heard about the location of the rebels they sent fighter jets and attacked the rebel base. A war soon took place the rebels fought a good few battles but was soon taken over by the highly advanced capital military. The Capital took over the large district and formed District 26.
