it was around 5am when john b went to take the scuba gear back to the cameron's boat. jj was in my room again lay down at the end of the bed as i tried to sleep in it. although, i needed to talk about the compass.
"hey j?" i said quietly making him sit up looking at me "do you think that this compass means my dads alive?" i asked.
i cleared his throat "well if your dads compass" he began "was in that wreck, it must mean something"
he smiled reaching over to hold my hand slightly making me smile back at him a little.
"i'm just scared that me and john are getting our hopes up" i stated looking down.
jj then moved to sit next to me in my bed before we lay down together my back to his front and he wrapped his arms around me, comforting me.

around an hour later i heard john b come back, i then realised jj wasn't next to me anymore.
that's when i heard "DCS i know your in there!" being yelled. i knew straight away it was jj tricking john b.
the two boys then walked into my room standing in the doorway "we're going out in the twinkie, coming?" john b asked me.
i agreed changing into a black denim skirt and a green tube top and threw on some white converse.

the three of us were in the van john b driving, me passenger and jj in the back poking his head in between the two of us.
i was holding the compass when jj snatched it out of my hand "freaky right?" he said glancing at both of us.
i then took the compass back "where are we going again?"
john then sighed "to talk to ms lana to figure this whole thing out"
jj then placed his hand on my head "sure she would just love to talk to us, not like her husband just drowned or anything" he said sarcastically.
we pulled up to the house and stepped out of the van, john b switching off the engine. we walked over to the entrance of the wooden house stepping over the overgrown garden plants.
"whoever lives here smokes too much weed" jj stated making me fire back at him "oh my god, this is your house?" i say joking with him.
