the sound of loud chattering awoke me from my long sleep at the chateau, I carefully treaded outside seeing John b's face gleaming with joy "they dropped the charges" he celebrated.

I sprinted over "holy shit" I screamed hugging him "you really had me familyless for a second there" he laughed at the statement.

jj, pope and kie then joked over jj's 'elaborate' escape plan when concert struck John b over Sarah's whereabouts.

"she went to go meet wheezie last night" kie stated with a deep breath "she didn't come back"

we all headed over to the dock "so Sarah just dips and doesn't call" John b questioned pacing around.

"yeh, man" pope confirmed "she just left her bag, didn't tell anybody"

I sat next to kie "that's not like her" I began "I feel like ward has got her or something, probably tied up with the rest of the family making his perfect dollhouse"

"the dude tried to get me killed in jail" John b said with a panicked voice "he sent somebody to the prison who yoked me up and almost killed me"

"its okay" kie said confidently to which John b responded "no kie it's not okay we gotta find Sarah"

I turned around seeing Sarah and topper on a boat coming towards us "she's back!" I exclaimed standing up.

she hopped off the boat instantly hugging John b with pure happiness spread across her face.

John b then explained to her how they randomly dropped all the charges and he was a free man once again "they're coming after rafe" John b said.

"good, he's completely unhinged" she responded catching her breath "he jumped me last night that's why I didn't come back"

topper then spoke up "he literally tried to drown his own sister" he sighed gazing at Sarah "luckily I got there... just in time"

Sarah agreed and John b tilted his head "well then I guess I owe you one topper, don't I"

he chuckled "nah it's all good, somebody had to rescue your girlfriend right?"

I could sense some tension between the two once John b spoke again "thats funny because she's not actually my girlfriend, tell him" he said gesturing to Sarah.

the girl stumbled over her words trying to form a suitable reply "I'm with him"

topper laughed instantly "gotcha, you guys got clarity on that?" he asked the rest of us. "I think it's clear you gotta go now" jj mumbled squinting from the sun in his eyes.

Sarah then thanked topper hugging him, whilst her ex stared at John b the whole time like he was trying to make him jealous.
