"guys i don't think i'm coming" i proposed standing still making everyone turn around.
pope stepped back towards me "char we're not doing this without you"
"look pope, this is about you not me, there's just something i need to do and i'll catch up with you guys later" i scrambled some words together.
sarah shot me a low smile before jj stepped out of the van he just entered.
i watched as he paced towards me grabbing onto my arm and pulling me back "you wanna do this now?" he spoke confidently.
the group seemed shocked that he was actually speaking to me "watch yourself jj" john b shouted pushing his shoulders.
"what?" jj yelled out "there's something she is not telling us, she's been off all day" he threw his hands up into the air.
jj then turned to face me with a straight face "why don't you just come out and say it" he lowered his voice and folded his arms.
i furrowed my brows "what is it you want me to say jj?" i asked, trying to take the heat off of me.
"it's not the time for this" john b continued placing his hand in front of jj to stop him from coming closer to me, to which he shoved his arm coming right up to my face.
"just tell everyone what happened bonfire night" jj ordered looking around the group.
it was as if my whole body froze right then in that moment, how would he know what i did to leo? how i killed him?
my silence provoked the blonde boy further "fine, if you guys were wondering she fucked leo and now feels guilty being around me"
i scoffed immediacy "fucking bullshit jj"
"really? i went to your house that night, i could see it all through the window" jj admitted "it's fucking slutty char"
john b then pushed jj away from me "don't say that shit to my sister" he shouted glaring him in the eyes.
"you didn't even see what happened after" i yelled out to him "he came onto me and i stopped it, sound familiar?" i said referencing to what happened to jj when i was away.
i could see the guilt sink into his eyes.
kiara then spoke up "leo came onto me that night too, he was a wreck" she supported me placing her hand on my shoulder.
