There Goes The Neighborhood

I was in school, by our lockers with Stefan

"Damon hasn't said a word to me, every time I try to talk to him, he shuts me down" said Stefan

"Do you think he's still trying to find Katherine?" I asked

"I don't know, I thought you knew. He waited a 145 years, only to find that Katherine could not care less, I mean, that's gotta hurt, right?" asked Stefan

"Yeah, I mean, I personally think that Katherine actually liked you, because in the series, you're her literal obsession" I said

"Thought anymore about what you want to do?" asked Stefan

"About? My vampire birth mother that I'm gonna meet pretty soon? Who is probably related to my vampire doppelgänger Katherine, who I now remember, again, did have a child, but got it taken away from her. And because of her anger, she screwed around with people, one of them being your brother. Nah, haven't really thought of it at all" I said

"Katherine had a child?" asked Stefan

"Yeah, her name is Nadia Petrova" I said

"Is? As in, present term?" asked Stefan

"Yeah, she's a traveller, it's which is like an evil stepsister to witches. Because travellers are witches who work with spirits, kind of thing, they find a way, and a spell to put some dead persons body into an alive one, but can only be awaken, or put to sleep if they say a special word. I'm also pretty sure Nadia is a vampire now" I said, Stefan looked confused 

"I know it doesn't make sense, not a siphoner, but a vampire. I'm confused as well. Can't we just get through 1 day without having to deal with any problems?" I said

"Yeah, that sounds like a good thing" said Stefan

"Yeah, I wish we could focus more on like school, or homework. You know, fun stuff" I said

"Ooo, that sounds good to me, when do we start?" asked Stefan, I giggled, and we went to class, but not before giving each other a little peck on the lips.

⏳ To after class

Caroline, Stefan, and I went to meet by our lockers

"I'm thinking nothing huge, just dinner at the grill, maybe a late movie" said Caroline

"You mean like a double date?" asked Stefan

"2 pair out on a Friday night, coupled, yeah, a double date" said Caroline

"Do you think that's a good idea?" I asked

"Why not? I mean, haven't we all gone out together before? And I don't want it to be uncomfortable for us, like the couple dynamics have changed, and there's been a little awkwardness between you, Matt, and me, and I just think it's important that we get over it" said Caroline

"I don't know" I said

"You know what, I-- I think that sounds like a great idea" said Stefan

"You do?" I asked

"Yeah, yeah, a nice evening out with friends. Sounds fun, as in, fun, hmm?" asked Stefan

I smiled, and looked at Caroline "A double date it is"

"Ok, so, we will see you tonight" said Caroline

"Ok" I said, and Caroline said the same thing, before walking away
