"Where's John?" asked Damon, getting in the house
"He left, I don't know where he is. He just told Jenna that he's my father, and went away" I said
"You ok?" asked Damon
"Yeah. John just annoys me" I said
"He say what he's doing here?" asked Damon
"No. Stefan thinks he's telling the truth, that he wants to help me. Ehh, I don't know" I said
"I don't believe him" said Damon
"So, what are we gonna do?"
"Kill him"
"What?? Ehh, never liked him anyway....you know what, no"
"I'm joking. Ok maybe a little joking. I'm not gonna hurt him"
"Mhm, yeah. You're the good guy now, so what does that mean?"
"I'm gonna have a civil conversation with your father"
"Don't call him that. My father. I don't see how we're related" I said
"True, you're good, he's not" he said, then went away
"Ok, wait, I'm coming with" I said

We were at the grill, then I heard someone's voice
"Can I buy you a drink, Damon?"
"My glass is all full, Andie. Thank you" said Damon, oh nice, it's her! Damon then came by me
"You just turned the poor girl down" I said
"I'm steering clear of all women at the moment" said Damon
Then I got a call from Stefan.....

"Why am I just finding out about this now?" asked Damon
"Stefan was worried that you--" I started
"That I would what, what I would kill him? Ofc. That's what needs to happen"
"No, not Tyler, Damon. Whatever you need to do to get Care Bear back, do it. Just please, don't touch Tyler"
"Why? He's a werewolf, he needs to die"
"Wow, that...that hurt" I said, getting out of the room
"No, Y/n, wait! I didn't mean it like that...You're a tribirid, not a werewolf"
"Still hurt" I said, going to the door
"Fine, I won't touch Tyler" he said
I stopped "Thank you"
Then John came in "What's going on?"
"Nothing" I said
"It doesn't look like nothing" said John
"Well, guess what, John. Trust works both ways, get out" said Damon, I don't give a fuck if he's mean to John. I hate him, kinda...
"Look, we are running out of time, we need to help Caroline" I said
"We don't need to do anything, I'll take care of it" said Damon, then he turned to John "First dad duty, ground your daughter, keep her here"
"I can get past him so easily" I said
"And you won't" he said, looking at me, before speeding out

I got out of the bathroom, and was about to leave, when John stopped me "You are not leaving this restaurant"
"Please, John, just go back to simping for Isobel, who doesn't even care about you, and stop telling me what to do" I said
"I can do whatever I want, you know why?" asked John
"No, I forgot. Why?" I asked
"Because I'm here to make sure you stay safe"
"Sureeeee" I said, getting out again, he stopped me "Are you talking about the deal that you made with Elijah? You really think he's gonna keep his promise to you?"
"I don't think, John. I know" I said
"Putting your faith in him was a dumb move" he said
"Do you really think I had a choice? Originals are stubborn, if they make a deal, which is not exactly an option, the deal shall live until it's done" I said, then I paused "Wait, are you trying to get me to trust you? After everything you did to the Salvatores? Yeah, in your dreams, you dick. You're never gonna be a good father, you're just pretend"
"Look, we've had our differences. And I've made mistakes. But you and I, we're family" said John
"We may be family by blood, but definitely not by heart. So don't even try" I said
"Fine, but it doesn't change the facts" said John
"You're right, the facts are there. So listen up, you may be my father, but you certainly attend acting as if I were your daughter before, so you make no sense if you act like it now. So think smart, and leave me the hell alone" I said, and sped out of there

When I came back, and grabbed somethings from the fridge, I closed it to see John
"What do you want?"
"I'm sorry about earlier"
"Whatever. I don't want you here, all you do is harm the ones I love"
"I didn't come to fight with you here, Y/n"
"Well, you're certainly not protecting me correctly, if that's what you mean"
"I thought you might want this. It was your mothers" he said, handing me a bracelet
"Oh yeah? Which one? Because Miranda is basically my mother now" I said
"Miranda. I remember her wearing it when she was young. I found it in a box with some things what your dad left me, here., it's yours now" he said, giving it to me
"Thanks" I said, as I used my powers to put it on
"Miranda and Grayson were your parents, Y/n. I know I'm nothing to you, you have no reason to believe me or trust me. I've done so many horrible things. But when you lost your parents, I lost my brother, my family. I lost my way, and I know I'm probably never going o make things right with you, I know that, but....I'm gonna do everything I can to protect you & protect this family" he said, sighed and left.
"Y/n" I heard a voice say, I turned to see Stefan, just in the other side of the house, I sped over to him, and pulled him into a hug
"Are you ok?" I asked
"I'm fine" he said
"Did you hear him" I asked, he nodded
"I feel like I shouldn't believe him, Stefan" I said, then pulled away "How's Caroline?"
"I could use your help" he said

"Oh, good uhh, but just in case, I brought some backup" said Stefan, as he was talking to Caroline to see how she was doing
"We're gonna have a partayyyyy" I said, as Bonnie and I came into her house
"We haven't done it in ages" said Bonnie, as Caroline started to tear up, and pulled us into a hug
I looked at Stefan and smiled, he smiled back, then left.
