Ok, sooo....
I decided to make this a Stefan/Damon x reader, because I don't know what to do with Elena ending up with Damon, and Stefan ending up with Caroline.
So I decided to do this, yes the reader will still have strong feelings for Stefan, but because of the plot, Y/n will also like Damon, and will feel like she's losing feelings for Stefan, but it's actually the plot playing mind tricks on her.
So yeah, she will kind of love both brothers at the same time, but kind of not at the same time.
