I got up, and looked at myself in the mirror, my bite mark had healed.

I was now in the woods with Ric, and he was helping me get stronger than I already am.
"Ric, I don't need to do that. I can already stake like a pro" I said
"Just because you're strong doesn't mean you have a lotta strength" said Ric
"Really?" I asked and with 1 punch, I slowly broke a HUGE tree, then I used my powers to bring it back to life
"I can do that a dozen times and not get tired at all" I said
"Fine. You're strong" he said, then paused "But can you do this?" he asked, and threw a bomb that exploded in 3 seconds to me
"No, better" I said, and broke it, then turned it into dust with my powers
"Impressive" he said, I smiled

"Here we are, senior year" said Caroline, we were now at school
"Anyone else think this should feel slightly more empowering?" asked Bonnie
"Ok, so prank night was a bust, but we are excepting it, and we are moving on" said Caroline
"Agreed" I said
"I mean, why should I let the fact that my boyfriend is seeing the ghost of his girlfriends hinder this experience?" asked Bonnie
"Yes! And why should I let the fact that my boyfriend turned into a hybrid, and put a damper on an otherwise fabulous day?" asked Caroline
"Today is our anniversary..." I said, they turned to me
"Stefan and I met on the first day of school" I said
"Yeah, you win" said Caroline
"Are you sure you wanna be here?" asked Bonnie
I nodded "I have to be here. New year, equals new life"

I was going by my lockers, then Damon called me
"Hey, Dame. Are you calling to check up on me? Because I'm fine" I said
"Yeah, so, you might not wanna come here for a while" said Damon
"And miss seeing my new bestie? No way" I said
"Alright, bye" he said, and I hung up
I then went to Caroline and her posters she was hanging up
I read the posted "I'll be there" I said
"Yay! I wasn't gonna force you because I know you--" started Caroline, but got cut off by Tyler coming in and smashing his lips against hers
"Ship" I whispered
"Happy first day" said Tyler, pulling away
"Is that blood?" I asked, seeing what's on his shirt
"Oh my God! Oh!" said Caroline, pushing Tyler into the boys bathroom, I followed
"What's goin on?" asked Tyler, as we went into the bathroom
"Vampire 101" I said
"Don't wear your breakfast to school" said Caroline
