~~~Centuries ago,~~~
The little blonde girl ran as fast as her little legs could carry her through the forest. She didn't know This place. It was new, it wasn't home yet, so she didn't know how to get around. She ducked under branches and jumped over roots. She had to make it back to camp before she was caught, she could hear the other footsteps behind her. They were soft and evenly spread out, but even the skills that she possessed couldn't help her make no sound in the dense forest.
The blonde girl jumped one second too late over a root and came tumbling down a hill, her white dress staging in a branch and ripping from ankle to thigh; she wacked her head on a trunk as she came to a stop. "Got you Vita." Andreana laughed but saw that her friend wasn't okay, "Vita are you alright." she asked running down to her friend.
The eight-year-old coughed and sat up dizzily, "Yeah I'm fine." she groaned, rubbing her forehead. She looked down at her torn dirty dress and bloodied knee, "Mama is gonna kill me though." she grumbled fisting her dress, angry tears coming to her eyes.
Andreana pried her fist open and whipped away her tears, she placed a glowing white hand on her friend's knee, "Vita has scraped her knee let's fix it in a breeze." The little blond girl's knees healed instantly. Andreana furred her eyebrows and held Vita's dress as she thought of a rhyme, "Though Vita has a Pitch let's fix this dress with an under stitch." and just like that the dress was good as new. "Now stand up." Vita did as her friend commanded, "Let's make my friend glitz and glean let's fix her up nice and clean." Vita was ready to head back to camp.
"Vita, Andreana," Andreana's mother called out to them, "Dinner"
"Coming Mam!" Andreana yelled back. "You know the pact."
"Tell no one where we went"
"What we did"
"And about the spells you can cast." Andreana's mother would freak out if she heard her daughter was casting spells and make her stop. Spells were something she could do and something she could control. It gave her power; it gave her words power. It made her feel special, important and talented. her oly limit was her imagination she could do anything she wanted.
This little girl, this eight year old got a tasted of Power and she was  drunk on it. So much so that if lying to her mom and forcing her best friend to lie was the price she had to pay to keep her talent and power then it was a price she was willing to pay.
This was gonna be part of a bigger chapter, but I couldn't really continue it with the main eight, so I just left it at that. longer chapter either tonight or tomorrow, (Seeing as I still have to write it it's probably gonna be tommarow).
