I was laying on Abigail's bed, facing the roof of her bedroom, all the luggage that I left in her car now by my side.

Just as I promised, I stopped by Abigail's before heading home so that I could pick up my things and talk about what really happened this weekend since we never really got the chance to talk to each other at all.

"Taehyung's turning into a real nice guy you know." Abigail started as she walked into her room with two glasses of water.

I sat up and took the glass she stretched towards me, taking a sip and thanking her.

"He really went out of his way to drive you to my house?" She added smiling to herself.

I smiled back and nodded, "yeah, I almost can't believe how quickly my impressions on him changed."

She laughed, taking a sip of her water and placing it on her desk before joining me on the bed.

"You guys were practically at each others neck before all of this."

"It's weird to think about it now." I sighed, hovering my hands above my head to spectate them, watching as I stretched out my fingers.

Abigail looked at me as I lay flat on her sheets, "you okay? You look like your letting something bother you."

I sighed once more and covered my face with my hands before lazily rolling over onto my front.

"What is it?" Abigail asked with a knowing tone, placing her hand in my shoulder.

I scrunched my eyes, feeling an overriding sensation of worry cloud over my body. "I met Taehyung's parents tonight..."

Abbie's hand flinched a little, so I turned my head to face her and she wore a shocked expression.

"His parents.. but, aren't they supposed to be like, ..never home"

"Yeah, that's sort of what I thought too, Tae encluded."

Abigail quickly cleared her throat before asking, "how did it go?"

Her question only increased that cloud of dread, my mind was overwhelmed, I'm aware that I'm an over thinker but I've never felt so foggy.

"Let's just say, Taehyung apologised on his own behalf for how they treated me."

I felt Abigail stiffen, her silence sort of said it all.

"And as if I couldn't make it worse.. I snapped at his Dad."

Abbie let go of a restricted breath, "not one of your Y/n snaps?"

I nodded, "one of my Y/n snaps."

She put her hand over her eyes as if she was picturing it.

"Even though Taehyung was undeniably on my side throughout the entire night, I can't say I don't regret it. These people were his parents, and I sort of just spat on that last minute before Taehyung drove me here."

God I felt awful.

"Listen, baby, if you had a reason to challenge his dad then don't pay any mind to it, because if there's one person I could rely on for getting into a conflict because of a valid and respectable reason, it's you."

She patted my back, watching as I lay there, as still as a rock.

"Can't all be sunshine and rainbows I guess." I moped, staring straight forward.

Abbie laughed a little, "you're right, but on the positive, it has been a very, well, mostly very good weekend."

I stretched a small smile across my lips, "yeah, you and Joon huh?"
